If you watch all of these videos, a server is just someone’s choice of how to deliver media/content to the LED wall. A media server has all of your videos and pictures on it….whatever file you choose from the server can display on the LED wall.

@@jephryc it should be able to, but you can email NovaStar support with the model of the receiving card that is in those panels to make sure!

Sure. It functions just like a computer monitor after it’s assembled. You can send any content you want to the LED wall as long as the processor has the input (HDMI, DVI, DP, SDI, etc etc) you need.

There are many programs that you can use to edit pictures and videos. We use Adobe Premiere and Photoshop mostly.

There are smaller processors built for LED billboards and signage that can store videos in the processor itself. But there are also processors that can play a video off of a USB drive.

I have the same panels with the same processor but I can’t figure out the ratio size or pixel size my content looks stretched out is a 16.4x6.6 ft

When you say you have the same panels…what exactly do you know about them? What manufacturer…pixel pitch…? How many panels high and how many panels wide is your video wall?

This is a basic course, and that’s kind of an advanced concept. However, there isn’t really such a thing as a “3D LED wall.” The LED wall itself is just a big flat screen. Some processors can generate 3D content that you can see with 3D glasses. But all of the impressive “3D LED walls” you see in videos…it’s just really creative video content that tricks your eyes into thinking it’s 3D. The LED wall itself has nothing to do with it, actually.

You can put anything on the screen as long as your processor has the input you need (HDMI, DVI, DP, etc etc)

@@squareV thank you very much for your answer. I have a vx4s video controller that has TV port CVBS1. The problem is ... what channel I get knowing that the TV signal has 100 TV channels and I need that one with UEFA EURO 2024? How can I differentiate among them ?

⁠@@neluroman555unfortunately, you cant plug a TV antennae into the VX4S and change the channels. You need a TV box of some sort (cable, satellite, online streaming platform) which allows you to change the channel before the signal gets to the VX4S.

no. there's only one way to connect it. we also tried and swapped it with a module above it and the picture was (is) stayed upside down. it's a massive unilumin led wall at a stadium. one of the powerpacks failed so we had three blacked out modules. we replaced the pack, put the modules back in and now out of the three one is displaying upside down images 😅

is there a way to flip or rotate the image on individual modules? i think it's a novastar box to control and send data to the wall

@@kozakhanda yes there is a setting in the software but that’s really strange. Do you have the RCFGX file? Or do you know how to pull the RCFGX file from a good panel and send it to the rest?
