@@carstarsarstenstesenn No way man. I mean, Lennon is beyond legendary, but being the frontman for perhaps the purest collection of musicians ever assembled would not have worked at all, and the world would be worse off. I mean, hearing Stairway to Heaven for the very first time at the tender age of 18 in the Spring of the 2000 changed my light forever. A door was opened, the rabbit hole was beckoning, and just like that, I went all out and became a LeD ZeP disciple and devotee practically over night...
They wouldn’t fit right with the album they have a different energy and feel compared to the tracks on the LP. It was a good call to put it on the b sides, gives these tracks an alternate Universe of Lonerism vibe.
Senses taking over Thought you set me free I tried to get up But it was pouring down on me Keeps on burnin' deeper Tells me who to believe Several psychiatrists couldn't drag it out of me [Chorus] Ooh, this is what I need Ooh, tell me you're allowed to let it show [Verse 2] Just like it was magic I was far enough to see Better than to get just what A stranger did to me Is it 'cause I lie? Is it 'cause I don't? Well, I just don't know Keep on asking me Darling, let me see (keep on asking) I'd give anything to let it go
@@johnlennon3712 patience wouldn't fit in the album that much tbh. I'm glad he didn't include it in the album. You can always listen to it separately if you want.
This so should have been on the album in the first place. Such a great homage or tribute. Those Bonham drum fills, Jimmy page licks, John Paul Jones runs. Brilliant.
Senses taking over, thought to set me free I tried to get up, but it was pouring down on me Keeps on getting deeper, desperately to be Said there's some guy interested in dragging it out of me Oh, it's what I need, oh Tell me you're in love to let it show Just making magic, I was far enough to see it Better than to get just what a stranger did to me Is it because I love, is it because I don't, well, I just don't know Keep on asking me, darling, let me see it, keep on asking Is there any way to let it go?
Kevin Parker replicated Led Zeppelin perfectly. I can hear John Bonham and Jimmy Page in this. Too Awesome. I wonder what it would sound like if Robert Plant sang along to this...
Ten years later with a new special edition version of Lonerism and.... still no Led Zepplin on Spotify...or inclusion of it on the special edition version
God I love this song soo much. I had this pumped out soo loud when I was driving to work at 6.30am and people at the stop light looked at me like WTF ? I just mouthed to them K E V I N P A R K E R and turned it up.
As one of the world's biggest Zep fans, I absolutely love this song. I can tell they listened to early Zep live bootlegs and outtakes. Such a Jimmy Page riff and structure to this song. Tame is such a great band esp. live (just like Zeppelin)!!!
No, Led Zep es más Hard rock, como ya lo mencionaron arriba, la psicodelia tuvo su auge en los 60´s y ellos son de los 70´s, ellos están más apegados al blues.
I'd trade this track to be on lonerism instead of one like ‘She Just Doesn't Believe Me' but I guess that one won because it went more with the theme of the album.

Doctor Nintendo It’s not on Spotify, it was originally an iTunes-only bonus song. I had no idea Apple Music has it there, too! All physical copies never had it.
