(D) scissors backward to HS (0) cuts, pickup circle, flares on pommels (F) Busnari (flare HS variation) It's an F regardless of entry. (F) flare full spindle hands outside pommels (full Keikha) (B) Flare hands outside pommels (E) Eichorn (flare spindle alternating sides of horse) (D) Flare spindle on end (D->B) Side travel forward over the pommels downgraded for using the pommels per rule 2.a.5. (There is no upgrade for flares! Only Magyar and Sivado are upgraded!) (E) Flare Magyar (E) Flare Sivado (D) Flare HS, travel, pirouette D-score = Requirements + DFFBEDBEED = 2.0 + 4.3 = 6.3

Hi! Desormier. Can you give another D-score analysis to the pommel horse performance of Lee Chih Kai in Cottbus(Germany) 2018? He raise his difficulty from 6.3 to 6.5 in that game.

Back stockli to handstard element is definitely E. because 180 turn.About side travel, I think (D->C) per rule 2.a.5. But it's certain that it's not in the code.

@@kakiaqr It does not downgrade to a C. It downgrades to a B. There is no C skill to downgrade it *to*. Also, they don't call that back stockli to handstand, just flare to handstand, because the turning action is happening during the rise to handstand instead of before. The correct analysis is in my comment below.

No. This is Back stockli to handstand 180 3/3 lower to flair (E). Even if it'a flair to handstand, it doesn't F.

No the side travel is a D i know because i do it in my routine, it’s an other travel without the flaire outside pommel who is in C

@@MegaSuperdannyboy No, that's not correct. They call it an F regardless of whether it's flare, stockli, or reverse stockli. That's a change made between the last Code of Points and this one. It used to be that the thing he does is an E and the stockli versions was a G, but now they are all F! I think the men's committee wanted to promote this element, and I am thrilled that they gave it a little extra. It's working because guys are doing it!

Daniel_san 2013 My analysis is in another comment. Take a look. I am pretty confident this is correct now. Thanks for making the video -- you started an important discussion because if this guy puts his Sohn back in, he goes up 0.3 and he starts winning World Championships instead of getting bronze. (BTW, did you notice that the judges put him into finals with a judging error? He missed his pirouettes and travel they gave him a C instead of a B, so they gave him 0.4 extra because of the skill and the dismount requirement! He should not even have been in World finals and then he got a bronze medal!)
