$8000 with alloy wheels, no dropper, and whatever that crank is? Where's the money going? I'm not surprised the part specs aren't anywhere on the website.

Looks like a decent race bike. Can’t say I’m wowed by the aesthetics, the cable stem routing or the PF bb. At least they have the option for frame routing.

I totally agree with you on a part about the wheelset, I wish the manufacturer dropped at least XC 1200 DT Swiss on this bike, it would've been so lovely...

This is a new one for me as well. As for electronic shifting (mtb or road)- I just can’t get there myself. I know people love it and swear by it, but I’m just not there yet …

Magura has interfaces for all kinds of shifters and dropper remotes, including Sram matchmaker. I've used one on my MT7.

I have the same wheels one of my xc hardtails and i really like them i have the 25 mm wide rim version

The remote lockout is necessary for the rear shocks as the upside down mounting would make it impossible to use a lever

I can't quite understand how there is room in the market for yet another XC bike. Built in Italy, I would expect something special in design, but I don't see it. Other than having something different, why would we buy this?

Why the inner tube around the chainstay? Some 3M mastic tape works just fine and looks a lot better.

That's just HIS signature thing on MTBs......He uses helicopter frame tape on the rest of the frame. It's a great repurposed use for inner tubes though but agreed tape looks better

This frame looks suspiciously like a Chinese carbon frame. I immediately thought “Trifox” but that’s not it.

Don't forget they run different shifts/quality at Chinese factories, just like knock off clothing, the quality control from one shifts to another is night and day .

Just my personal bias, but for $8000 I don't want to see anything FSA on my bike, not even at $5000. The old inner tube chain stay protector is effective, but if it came like that from the distributor it's pretty bush league. I know I'm being negative, but throw in the integrated stem, alloy rims and press fit BB....not excited.

@@markedward8519 sorry I missed your message. I had the price in the description along with the email address. But I took a video down when it sold. The only other one that will be for sale soon is the Stumpjumper Expert. But it looks like I may have a buyer lined up for that one. It goes up for sale around June when I get a replacement for it.
