Joy is the sun.
Joy is the heat and the life.
I am allowed to be in joy.

I love the feeling of joy inside my body, my heart,

When I was a child, joy was the fire inside my heart.

What did we have to lose inside ourselves
to become suspicious of joy?
This world gave us opportunities to close down, fear
and be ashamed of our joy.

Here’s the good news.
As we grew up this world gave us opportunities
to express and enhance and experience our joy.
We can fall in love with joy again.
So, did we abandon joy or did we nurture it?
Perhaps, we did both.
How quickly can we surrender back into the arms of joy?
We can change our choices, every day.
We can create new patterns, every day.
We can create joy, every day.
Even on the darkest days.
And the joy we allow back into and through our bodies,
will be a benevolent and loving force in our world.
Joy loves you so much.
Truly, madly, deeply, joyously.

Will you surrender to joy?

Starting to find my "Joy" again I saw an amazing fireworks display with my Grandchildren and it made me realise how I seem to be missing out on the little joys in life due to being blindsided by 3D life. I thankfully amm coming full circle again! I realise I cannot control outside! But I now know I can stand in my truth and power! That was really beautiful Lee & Davor (and any of the other artists involved). A wonderful blend and mix of vocals, acoustic, synth, strings, percussion, and of course an amazing message and energy. It is so refreshing to listen to music, and feel completely balanced and joyful when it's done. Yayyyy! Amazing work brother. So proud of you for following your joy inside of your music and fulfilling yourself in all areas. This is such a beautiful reminder that each emotion is it’s own spirit energy and that we have a relationship that we are responsible for. My own relationship with joy suffered for so long after a cancer diagnosis and PTSD. I felt so angry at Joy. The message is so clear to forgive joy.
