The story can be interpret in many ways-the boy hongki really loved the girl(park shin hye)but the girl always had doubts because he spent so much time on his phone she thought that he was cheating on her with some other girl so she started imagining things -and left him-but in the end she realised that it was her only that he had loved all along so she was very sad in the end

everytime when shin hye cries I cry she's amazing actress and she's gorgeous ❤❤❤❤😍😍😍😍

He isn't cheating on her, just not attentive. She mistakes it for cheating. The gift is for her, all photos - of her. He breaks the phone after he finds her looking through his phone she took the night before, gets angry and breaks it (her insecurity and violation of trust). She runs back to him to apologize but he is feeling gutted, betrayed and leaves. It's about miscommunication and loss of trust that killed the relationship. The scenes are deliberately out of sequence. She may not have harmed herself(most likely not), just realized it's all ruined - once she finds the present he leaves behind for her to find. She may have watched him leave (imagining 'the other woman') but it's she whom he loves/has with him/on his mind and even in leaving takes her with him. She may have gone upstairs to self harm or whatever, but finds the gift he left behind for HER to find, after all. So she sits, realizing broken trust ruined everything. I actually think that he leaves her still loving her (her ghost behind him) and she sees him walk out and he cries in the car. She is left holding her gift. It's about insecurity and broken trust destruction.

The thing that I most like in Lee Hong Gi that he really can sing and his voice is truly good!! Also I like him because he has more sides, like the cute Jeremy and when he sings this song he gives lot of emotional feelings in it to make it more realistic! I honestly started to like Lee Hong Gi, because of this song! Oh and I really like the idea of Park Shyn Hye is in the MV!!

So basically Park shinhye has Schizophrenia and she thinks Hongki is having an affair while actually hongki doesn't. And then Hongki is so insensible that he doesn't notice any of the symptoms. So Park Shinhye commit suicide. It's just my prediction but I think it makes sense. This is such a tragedy. The song makes me cryTT

I figured it out. That moment at the end is the beginning of when PSH stopped trusting LHK, because she found the present. The part in the middle when he gets mad at her and throws the phone is after she found the present and he went on the trip. She started doubting him and as a result, it ruined their relationship. She didn't have to doubt him but her trust in him was weak which is why she wavered when she found the present. Or she just loved him too much that she got so afraid of losing him, and in the process, she lost him anyway. This is such a powerful song, talking about the importance of trust in a relationship. When LHK leaves while she's in the bathtub, she sees him leaving with HER. This could symbolize her belief in there being another woman, but she doesn't realize there is no other woman, and it's just something she made up on her own, which is why the other woman is her. And LHK is leaving to go sit in the car and be sad because he doesn't know why she's acting the way she is, and he's being driven away by her. The moment when PSH stops trusting him and starts doubting is very traumatic for her, which is why it looks like she's about to commit suicide/killed LHK. She put to death their relationship in that moment.

To sum up some of the best explanations, let's factor in the song title. - Shin Hye thinks Hong Ki is cheating on her (she's either insecure/paranoid/mentally I'll) -Hong Ki is insensible (which means to be unaware, oblivious to) as he is too distracted to notice how she is acting/feeling - She breaks up with him, but he can't accept it so he waits outside her house (he said this in his interview about the song). The part when she's in the tub is when he leaves, but she imagines be leaves with another girl. - She realises that all along she was just imagining things, the girl in the photos was her all along - As for the blood? That's up for interpretation. Perhaps she was sick. Perhaps she was depressed.
