These days a South Korean writer, HAN KANG, won the Nobel Prize for literature. At the prestigious George Enescu International Classical Music Festival in September 2024, to the violin section, the 2nd prize and the audience prize, for popularity, were awarded to HYEONJEONG LEE, a teenager from South Korea, only 13 years old , who masterfully performed the Johannes Brahms Violin Concerto in Do major op. 77. The band BTS has become a global phenomenon through their music and the messages they transmit. I am deeply impressed by the South Korean cultural phenomenon. South Korea succeeded to conquer the whole world through culture and art. It is the most wonderful way to conquer a planet. Art saves lives and makes people happier. I think we all deserve this.
