I just re-watched this this morning and this reminds me of when performance was exactly that , not Auto-Tune or flashy costumes or set design . you just turn on the camera turn on the mics and just let the magic happen on its own... And if you're a fan of good jazz this is exactly what you're watching.

This is one of those great songs where you don't need a translation you still get the message no matter what your native language

It's now 2023,i was 6 yrs old listening to this brilliant jazz from all this great artists, I'm now 42 yrs old an still enjoying this magic show, wow, wow, wow, thanks Dad❤🎉

It is at this moment that I realize how much George Benson's voice influenced Lee's playing. I love Lee. He is a beacon of excellence. I used to cover his tunes in a Jazz Fusion band I was recruited into when I was in high school. I was taking a college Jazz course and the older kids in the rhythm section grabbed me into their pickup band covering Stanley Clarke's "School Days" tunes, earlier Lee Ritenour, Jeff Lorber Fusion, and Narada Michael Walden.

Simplesmente incrível, não sabia dessa participação do João Bosco com o Lee Ritenour. O Brasil é rico em melodias e talento. Pena que só chega na grande mídia o que não presta.

There are so many things I love about this performance! The exuberance, the joy, the phrasing of Joao's singing, the playfulness. I love how Rit well and truly takes a back seat and let's the musicians and music shine- it seems as though he is way too busy basking in the music, as opposed to any personal glory. That's a sign of a musician comfortable in their own skin. One thing that makes me laugh though is the translation of 'Incompatibilidade De Gênios' (Incompatibility of the Genders!) to the generic, bland and seemingly off the mark (I don't speak Spanish) Latin Lover!
