Been away at a police academy, on available weekends first thing I go to watch/listen to is any missed sika shows

On the topic of the Korean technical model (and Rakeui): would love to see you guys do some commentary on the we lift weights Kaiyo Highschool x Shinsung Uni training series. Charles Mulliner put up a video where he got the Korean University programming as well. Would especially love to see commentary on the pulling technique video, since there doesn't seem to be much good content on pull accessories out there.

Honestly, the hot pinks are probably the best looking of the Lu colorways out right now. 😂 They really need a different designer to come up with them. Right now your choices are basically: Gold, but weird, silver, perfect for second place, weird panda, weird water, christmas and standard black (but somehow still tacky with the gold logo). Still can't fathom why companies hate bringing out white/gum or black/gum from the get go.

I don't understand how dumping a weight can be safer than juat going down to correctly placed safety pins. Going down to safety pins when you miss a squat is the most unremarkable and controlled thing possible.

I know what Chinese program is head and shoulders, or maybe glutes and quads above everyone else.
