One of India’s largest real estate developers, Delhi Land & Finance, or DLF, has made a strong commitment to sustainability. To date, it has used the LEED rating system to certify almost 27 million square feet of space across India. It is also the only organization in India to be registered under the LEED Volume program, which enables certification of multiple projects based on a single LEED-certified prototype, with more than 50 existing buildings currently registered.
