eunhyuk and donghae could have ask the manager or other older hyungs for food but they still waited for leeteuk to get home is the sweetest thing I heard today. they trust leeteuk so much that they willingly waited for him so they can eat.
They trust him so much. Sometimes too much. Like that one time he said for them to wait in the restroom till he came and he decided he didn't actually need to go and left thinking they went in another van. But in actuality they were still waiting for him in the restroom because he told them to. Lol
Teukkie became a thief during their early days just to be able to feed them. He also lowered his pride just for them 🥺💙💙💙 He made mistakes and that's part of growing. He learned from them and that made him into an amazing person, not to mention what he has experiences before.
He was not kidding when he said the heavens mourned when he was born here on earth. You're not just Suju's leader, you really are Suju's angel. We love youuu
That's why people esp non-ELFs doesn't have the right to question Leeteuk's leadership. They don't know what teuk had to go through just to feed and raise his kids well. Leeteuk, you raised them well, and i am very proud of you!
That's why when new kpop fans talk about best leaders in kpop, I always mention Leeteuk. Arguably, I could say that he is the best because of his sacrifice, patience and love that he gave to his members. The fact that he has to carry 12 people on his back (trainee until now) while he himself has problems and issues speaks how great of a leader and a person Leeteuk is.
@@yubiflores9841 That’s true! Look at how much other suju members rely on him😏They can’t even greet properly without Teukie leading them, even after debuting for 15 years +🙈 Honestly, how can you not love Suju?❤️
As Heechul once said, “I am grateful that Teuk is our leader... Say I was born first and Teuk second, our group would have fallen apart with me as leader, I’m not the kind of person who leads well.” I believe that too, Super Junior wouldn’t be where it is today if not for Teukkie being the leader he is, and the members for supporting their great leader.
im heechul bias but what heechul said was right and all member approve this. leeteuk is the only one who could lead this group. thou it became a burden for him but this shape to be who is now. i just wish leeteuk can be happier
He literally said , " if I were the leader, our team would have been screwed"😂. And then the maknaes reaction to it , was damn like "oh , no, we never thought about it, that is so true".😭
just like what yesungie said, "leeteuk chooses eunhyuk ever since trainee days". and leeteuk said, "my heart really went out for hyuk each time"... idk why but he really took care of hyukjae and all the members. Love suju...
My tears are falling especially when he provided food to the members "hyung we are hungry" huhu THEY DESERVED WHAT THEY HAVE RIGHT NOW AND THEY DESERVED SO MUCH MORE. WE ELFs ARE JUST ALWAYS HERE TO SUPPORT
My heart hurt so much when he beg to exclude the sprite but my respect was for Leeteuk became so big. It must have been so embarrassing but watching Eunhyuk and Donghae eating made him happy. Knowing he also had a lot of struggles especially what happened to his family. All women wants to have a man in their life who have the same characteristics and attitude with Leeteuk. I hope I can find my own Leeteuk
Indeed he is not only as a good leader but also subtitute for the parents of SuJu member during the training day up until now, that they can really rely on and trust whole heartly, no doubt about it.
Leeteuk is ONE OF MANY reasons why super junior still long last even after decades Without this kind of leader, they might end up separately They re the ones make me into kpop, and one of the most precious group for me
I am always so proud of him 💙 We elfs know how much pain he has endured & went through in his life yet he never fails to put a smile on. I love him so much & am always so thankful to him for being a leader. He is my pride & I will always support him because that is all I can do 💙🖐🏻
My friends: "*this man* is the best leader" Me: have your man ever stole 500 won to feed the member with biscuit or choose walking so he could buy member one burger over taking bus? Now shut up 😂
Right?! No matter what Fandom you are and no matter which "legend" you are a fan of, you have to acknowledge that leeteuk is the best leader and forever will be.
Teuk is the best 2nd gen leader, agree. The "legend" are actually Shinhwa &their leader is the best 1st gen leader: SME bankrupted him TWICE coz he tried to buy Shinhwa from SME. 2pm taught me unconventional form of great leadership. They are the 1st &the only to date who SURVIVED without leader. All ot7 have always believed they're meant to separate &after a decade the reason became apparent: the 5 members became JYPE leaders/ directors &Jay Park had to leave so he can build his own companies to take got7 under his wing. 🧡♡ dec 2021
@@bumijenamawamaria Yes, I heard. That's big portion why he's the best 2nd gen leader for me, more than stealing to feed his members 😅 Update: ft island seem also surviving without leader. Fingers crossed for ikon &infinite 🤞🏻feb 2022
Even though I'm an Exo-L. I've nothing but deep amount of respect for this man. He is like nothing but like a big tree, and suju members are like creepers who are strongly supported by him. I hope suju members take great care of him and all the ELFs keep him protected from the bad world. I know, he has seen it all, but still....
I surely love and respect all the members, but it comes naturally to me that i love and respect Leeteuk more... he’s surely a great leader and a great person 💙
Dang, not eating much just so then his members could, spending his money buying food for them, he is truly a reliable and caring person, idk much about him or suju but they must have gone through a lot and having Leeteuk to lead the way and to rely on must have been relieving and comforting
He's indeed a mysterious person Hold grudge but help out through the way No matter I'm happy are not my members should be happy And he's a talkative person too...he must have experience some bad things in the past or in his childhood to take care of someone and he must have been sad for not having someone to share his worries and happiness....cause he's different and....precious....his wife should be lucky to have him ( in the future) ...... Fighting....
From all Suju members, I think he had the worst family background thanks to his father. So yeah, that's probably why he tried hard to be the father figure he didn't have for his loved ones.
lots of compassion, love, dedication, to his friends is what makes him a great leader, he has a big heart, and we all elf are thankful for that. He sometimes struggles a lot because of the pressure, so I hope he is healthy and happy, thank you leetuk oppa, you are an angel and the reason we still have suju.
I love this. Thank you for editing this💙 He really does sacrifice a lot for his members. The reason why I stan SUJU is because of their friendship and brotherhood✨
I'm a new elf, and I already knew a bit of the strugles they went and how Leeteuk took care of the members, but here it is in more detail and oh my... I'm crying 😭😭 Leeteuk is indeed an angel, he did so much for his brothers/children, now I love him even more, he had such a beautiful heart back then and still does, seriously one of the many reasons SuJu has last so long, because the beautiful and amazing bond they developed through the years and also because of the amazing leader they have, Leeteuk!!!! This makes me even more proud to be an ELF, love you SuJu!!!!
I watched the episode when Teuk told the story about him took the coins Yunho saved. Back then I was so young and during that time, fanwar between these 2 fandoms were still common. Back then, as a Cassiopeia i thought Leeteuk was so bad for 'stealing' from Yunho who worked hard to save all those coins. But as i older know, I recalled back and could imagine how hard back then as a trainee. Especially during SuJu tvxq trainee times wasn't like how idol traine these days. Now I'm so proud of these two groups for them still standing strong until now.. Leeteuk is seriously another level of best leader i must say..
i love how humble and long they've been in this industries. such a good example for the new groups. despite having members on and off for the military they stay strong and going for all these years. not just anyone can be a leader for such group.
My heart hurts everytime I remember they starved so much on their trainee days when they were still growing up. Makes me so happy looking at them now. Your hard work paid off my oppadeul. 💙
Congratulations, Leeteuk....You've successfully been all for them....Father, Friend, Confidante', Leader, Brother, etc...etc...Not everyone can be as you were to a group of such high-spirited "children" & "siblings"...Hats off to you, sweet guy💝💝💝👍👍👍✌✌✌
leeteuk is more than just a leader to suju.... he's like the mother hen taking care of everyone even if he's the one to struggle and sacrifice the most....they suffered a lot of hardships together... accidents, members leaving, hiatus, issues, scandals and internal strife among members....but they are still together up until now.... leeteuk is like the central pillar like glue holding them together....fighting leader-nim and all suju members❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
omg my heart 🥺🥺 I mean he was so young then too, to take on that kind of responsibility and being so caring while dealing with the stress of being a trainee himself + other personal issues, just wow. I listened to a few suju songs back in the day but didn't know much about them. But recently I started watching random clips like this about them and just finished Super tv and I am absolutely in love with them now!
Ah all these stories always make me upset. But they all are successful now. I love them so! Leeteuk is amazing leader and person! I wish him and all SuJu the best!
Leeteuk is one of the main reasons why the group has been able to make it this far. He may be an attention-seeker and a bit playful but it's not easy to handle 13 members and that too suju. I became an elf recently and I don't at all regret joining the fandom.
Have watched Super Junior for a long time, Leeteuk sacrificed so much for SJ that I can't tell with my poor English :( Despite of his personality, we also see him in reality show, doing comedy skits smoothly with smile, taking every (sometimes rude) joke with pro attitude, being talkative and silly... that's why his seniors like him, and there are many seniors likes Super Junior because of their personality behind the camera.
If people wonder why teukie keep taking care of hyuk and hae sometimes back then, it's because they're poor.. some members like siwon, kyu and sungmin came from rich family but they still trainee so they can't really do much..
SuJu consists of great leader and members, blessed with so much talent and skills. SuJu are total performer and entertainer. I wish and pray that SuJu will last more in entertainment industry and maintain their friendship/brotherhood. I will forever be ELF who support and pray for your success and good health. And that everything your heart desire will come true...💙💙💙
I will never forgive the SM for the fact that they did not feed SuJu and that they made Leeteuk responsible for taking care of 11 boys, then 12, when he was another child. The only thing I want to do is to hug and thank Teuk forever.
As I remember they couldn't provide much facilities because SM's finance wasn't that great yet when they were trainees. They still provide food and accommodation but not much. So the kids have to provide some of their meal themselves.
It was 11, by the time Kyuhyun joined, their condition had i,provrd, somewhat. Probably 16, though, with DBSK because they all loved together and you know Leeteuk isn't gonna ignored a dongsaeng.
Agree. SME finance wasn't good? It's still SME DECISION to take on so many trainees more than they could provide. 2003 SME bankrupted Eric who tried to buy Shinhwa, I hope that money went to SJ a little 😭 dec 2021
I think that was before their debut when they are only 12 coz kyuhyun joined months after their debut and I believe Siwon's parents did not support his dream during that time. They let him join SM but did not support him financially in his early years of being a trainee.
@@q-noonkade4115 Yes, it is because Siwon's father is rich and of course who would a father expect to manage his business after him, it's his children but then Siwon chose a different path. I guess he thought if Siwon had it the hard way, he will eventually give up. Of course, that didn't happen so eventually, the parents just learned to accept his passion.
They can joke with him and make fun with him and even teased him but when Teuk Hyung is serious and started to talk they listen well always and that's what you call respect. SuJu has a big respect to their leader eversince and we know as ELF and witnessed all that 😀
Even when they were joking around in a chaos, 90% of the times they'll looked at Leeteuk whenever they needed something, be it a decision, new gag moves, greeting, etc. And like in Super TV eps 8, when Leeteuk prompted them, their first instinct is to follow him (even if they teased him again when they regained their sense, but it's painfully obvious from their body language that they automatically follow and obey).
Any group would survive long if they have Leeteuk as the leader. I'm a multi fan, but I think Leeteuk is the best leader in kpop. No one can change my mind.
I still remember when they in accident.. Lee Teuk not care about his injuries and ask to treat his members first. And till the end they will in this 'business' relationship forever. And it's the best.
@@Yosatorn.Asavapatr.Naptvik Ah, I don’t think it’s weird at all. It's a sign that the times are changing. It might be slow but it’s absolutely for the better. I only got to know TVXQ/DBSK recently when I rewatched one of Shinhwa’s guestings and Dong Wan mentioned something about DBSK being good at a cappella. Then, after watching DBSK old videos, I was blown away, really! I absolutely think DBSK OT5 are all equally talented and good looking dudes, a dream team, indeed!! I’ve yet to discover a new group with that kind of aura. Anyway, all the best to everyone. 😉
@@Glenda-p1c sorry, got mixed up: November, Label SJ; December, JYJ Law. There's other comment here by @Paradise Lost which I replied: 1st gen best leader is Eric coz he's the one who went AGAINST SME. @Paradise Lost said: @bastet sekhmet, you're talking sht. I replied: 2015 Eric won lawsuit after SME backstabbed them &Label SJ &JYJ Law. @Paradise Lost said: wtf. I replied by trying to write beautiful sonnet abt our legends 😅. @Paradise Lost lost it again: *WTF*, you're legit crazy. Rn I'm thinking other creative writing I can use, maybe Shinee as victim of mental health, or other kpop leadership like Jay Park, Btob Eunkwang, or something 😅
can someone tell me the title of the last song? I haven't played it for years, I have forgotten it. thank you for this video, Leeteuk hyung, you are an inspiration.
@@dokyungsoo16 But they had hit groups like H.O.T and Ses and BoA and Tvxq so they shouldn't have been struggling so much that they can't feed their idols
i think sm had limited finance/resources at that time. they could cover only a little of their allowance, food, etc. trainees/idols had to provide the rest (such as food) for themselves. back then, most idols didn't get paid right away after debuting (depending on the company). sometimes they even take a year or more until they get paid. they work and the money earned goes to the company to cover the expenses during their training period. they will get paid after the 'debts' are all clear.
Btw I have a question, I'm new in this whole kpop world, so I'm not sure I know how the whole traines thing works, specially back in the day. So if they were already traines why they struggled so hard, why the company they were training for didn't took care of them? They seriously didn't provide them with anything, a nice place to say, make sure they had food? Or was it something like you are working for free and you all have to figure out things on your own and you won't receive anything until after you debut if you actually make it big? Is it still this hard for trainees nowadays or things have changed?
