Thank you very much for the comment. Pefkoulia beach is easily accesable and stil has crystal blue water. Porto Katsiki is more "waw" but is harder accessable.

Thank you for your comment. It is the beach closest to the capital of Lefkada, town Lefkada, on its west side. It is about 2 kilometres west of town Lefkada.

I've been so many places but never visited Greece so far. In the future I will definitely consider Lefkada, an earthly paradise 💙💙 You've created a wonderful video and focused way more than me on the channel. Besides beautiful blue everywhere, I noticed beautiful green. These conifers are the source of oxigen and has many benefits for humans. I will look to go there next year.

Le paradis caché sont les deux îles jointes : Cephalonie et Ithake. Question de goût... Plus beau qu'une nature luxuriante qui tombe dans la mer ? Je ne vois pas... Je préfère un arbre à un parasol ... Mon classement : - Cephalonie et Ithake - Skopelos - Lefkada - Alonissos - Samos - Karpathos - Gavdos - Milos - Patmos etc, etc... Cordialement

Thank you very much for your comment. Lefkada became more commercial tourist attraction in last several years. I agree with you totally. Cephalonia is really wonderful too. I have been there in 2011, and planned to visit this year (also followed with several videis abot Athos, Captain Corelli's mandolin, Skala, Myrtos, great Argosto.i (I found it more beautiful than Corfu and Lefkada). I orefer Ionian sea islands than Aegen sea islands, althogh some like Skiatos, Skopelos, and Thasos are really great, let alone Mykonos, Santorini and Ios. In last 12 years I have been visited Greece, but started channel last year. I have a lot of videos but they are in lower resolution. Your list is really great, I hope I will publish videos about several islands next year (this year pandemic changed my plans). @@ProfessorXplain Merci. Le problème de Lefkada est qu'elle est très facile d'accès par le continent et entraîne donc son cortège de touristes. C'est vraiment dommage. Vous me direz que Corfou ou Zante sont également très visités. Quand j'étais jeune, je parcourais l'océan indien ou les Caraïbes et jamais j'aurais imaginé qu'il existait des iles pratiquement aussi belles à une encablure de Marseille où j'habite. Je m'abonne. Thank you very much for your support. Corfu is great to visit in late June, but absolutely it is not good to visit it in Agust, when there are so many tourists. The similar situation is with Zante. Only in Cephalonia , I am not kidding, in goats on the road, so you have to wait them to move :) That is why I understand why Cephalonia with Ithaka (but not Homer's, hus Ithaka seems to be Lefkada, at least several scientists say so) is first on your list. In my opionion, I am nit Greek, Greece is the most beautiful country, with so many islands and with almost 18000 kilometres of coastline. And yes, the French riviera is also on my list to visit, including so famous Marseille. Thank you for your great comments and subscription. Merci beaucoup pour votre soutient. Corfou est agréable à visiter à la fin du mois de juin, mais il n'est absolument pas bon de la visiter en août, quand il y a tellement de touristes. La situation similaire est avec Zante. Seulement à Céphalonie, je ne plaisante pas, chez les chèvres sur la route, il faut donc les attendre pour bouger :) C'est pourquoi je comprends pourquoi Céphalonie avec Ithaque (mais pas Homer, son mari Ithaka semble être Lefkada, au moins plusieurs scientifiques dites-le) est le premier sur votre liste. A mon avis, je ne suis pas grec, la Grèce est le plus beau pays, avec tant d'îles et près de 18 000 kilomètres de côtes. Thank you very much for your comment. That is from the road between Porto Katsiki beach and Egremni beach. Its wonderful there wherever you go. The tumbnail photo for the video is also taken there but by drone. I will hopefully go there again this year and will make more videos on that wonderful place.

Lefkada is mine favourite island too. I hopefully going there this month. It would me my 11th time, I am going there from 2009. In the meantime I have combines several options, like Corfu, or Kefalonia for about 10 day but then also 10 days on Lefkada. This year I hope for 20 days on this beautiful island.

Thanks for the comment. No. Filming is free in democratic country like Greece. Beaches are free for filming but you have to respect rules, like you do not bother other people, you cannot fly near the people, you can fly in free fly zones, etc.

I was on Agios Ioannis beach and it was wonderful. I like kite surfing so it was the best beach for kite surfing.

Thank you for your comment. It is becoming crowded in summer for several years in a row, but mainly from Greek tourists and tourists from Balkan countries, mainly Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania and Slovenia. But, it is hidden to international tourists and less recognised as tourist destination then Zakynthos or Ios, Mykonos, Crete, Corfu.

There are Italians too, but there are much more tourists from Serbia, Romania and Bulgaria. I am going to Lefkada more than 10 years in a row.

Thanks for the comment. I hope climate changes will be stoped and all those beautiful places will still be beautiful in 40 years. It depends on humans to decide what will be with the Planet and themselves.The things are not going in the right direction but still, there is hope.
