How is this inspiring?? She left something she was passionate about for her parents dream?! Shes going to live her parents vision of themselves thats nuts!
Parents are traditional yet motivating. The lady is humble yet full of confidence. Conquer the world with your acumen and good work. God bless. Devendra.
Only in India pursuing parents dream is an inspiration to all. No wonder there’s piss poor low talent & productivity level in the country coz most of us are bogged down by parents & relative wants.
Hey man because being myself as indian THIS INDIAN TRADITIONAL PARENTING PRACTICE is really ridiculous and miserable Because I don't want to live in india and IN terms of personal life I'm preparing for Upsc indian foreign service to get out of this rotten crab minded indian traditional people who Wants to makes my life a hell with false information and faking the love concern About children with false promises which I can't tolerate Anymore And being myself as indian These indian people who assumes that they are police and law but that's not true and also lying about me to other people to make false threats against me BEING MYSELF AS INDIAN CITIZEN indian traditional people are the most miserable people who makes a Persons life a living hell filled with lies, false threats And fake love story towards child By bringing the past Which can't buy happiness This is the reason I don't want to live in india because as an indian these Indians traditional people are like an rotten egg who makes a person life and as a citizen of India i can definitely tell you these Indian TRADITION people wants to exploit themselves by misusing the power of laws and these Indian people assumes that they ARE powerful by spreading false assumption on others who's simply nothing THIs can be called as CRAB MENTALITY OF INDIAN TRADITION PEOPLE hope you can understand me
Absolutely true'brother If those parents think that his/her child capable of but they never think big and that does not mean your child must persure his/her parents dream . This is worst thing any parents do to their child . It's a sin.
@@Traumatised311 Hardly a palpable change. Most of us are bounded by parents expectations & academic pressures. A child’s sole purpose is to obey his/her parents wants and wishes, not the other way round. This is a tradition in India. It’s a system, if you will, infused in the formative years of a child. The young mind then takes it upon itself as a moral obligation to function relentlessly without respite. These early lessons then gradually take shape & become established habits that come very naturally at later stages of a person’s life, which inhibits him/her from creative or innovative freedom.
The video title itself seems too depressing. This is actually ironical that she had to give up on her own dreams. Being a civil servant is good but the decision should be yours and not of others, be it anyone. Not good at all !
I hope she would had been the same honest person at interview at Dholpur house , as she is right now in this video. I believe she would have clearly stated to the interview panel that her real motive was to please her parents and make them happy and not serving the nation what the service is calling for. I'm not saying we should not try to give back her parents the love and care they gave her. People can have a divided opinion, but I personally feel a person never do justice to what they are doing, if they are not passionate about it. She would have become one of biggest and most influencial academician/ teacher, had she followed her dreams. I somehow feel her talent and passion got wasted. Summing up, I hold civil services and my country in high esteem and I will never try to occupy such postion because my parents had an unfulfiled dream. That sounds immature, sick and to some degree against the love I have for my nation. I love my parents but that can never precede my responsibility I have for my country and I expect my parents to be by my side in this, and I'm happy that they are.
I would definitely agree with this! By the time, she would feel herself that this was not what she wanted. I really hope that it do not happen too late for her.
Also, its very disheartening the way teachers are treated in our society. We are living in a very ungrateful society, teachers deserve all the respect and status, they were the ones who made us what we are today.
@@ul1585 did u even listen to her interview? you are busy judging rather than looking at it from her point of view. Check 8:45 Idk about her... but you need to improve your attitude and learn to see from other's pov...
For those ppl who are commenting " it was her parents dream and she will never do justice to her job" she herself said "identity is ongoing process, nbody knows what they are capable of and what they want"
Still doesn't justify the 'leaving ones dream to pursue her parents' ' existing at first place. Good for her it materialised as she was versatile and brainy. God knows how many people faced failures in the same path
@@lavanyabaranwal6957 of course , it is highly competitive exam and many deserving candidates fail to get selected but one should always give everything a try , I believe 😬. Who knows when ur destiny changes....and she herself said that she decided to take this exam maximum 2 attempts , so she had a plan in her mind.
Being myself as indian i would like to ask an agressive questions to the aggresive indian parents Who have daughters"MAY I KNOW WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM WHY YOU INDIAN PARENTS AND INDIAN SOCEITY LIKE YOU ARE CAUSING DISTURBANCE TO THE CHILDRENS LIFE AND ME WITH YOUR FALSE ASSUMPTION BY DWELLING IN THE PAST AND BEING MYSELF AS AN INDIAN I REALLY CANT BELIEVE THAT YOU INDIAN PARENTS ARE BLAMING ON GIRL FOR THE PROBLEM YOU CAUSED ITS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE"and BEING myself as an indian i can't live in india anymore because of emotional drama and traditional Indian people who gives false promises and FAKING Your love Concern Towards children and I'm going to leave traditional india forever which I'm not comfortable
I do not understand how this is motivating? Her mother clearly couldn't succeed in clearing the exam thus she forced yes forced her daughter to do that.

Though I am not an upsc aspirant being a neet aspirants it literally helped me a lot in my field what motivated me to click on this thumbnail was that what I wanted to do I had to leave that because of my parents dream and that happens with many of middle class aspirants 😄
Hey lots of love vagisha...really awaysome person🤝👏👍✨💛amezinggg Vagisha...✨she is so nice person and confident and what her mother was talking that just gave me goosebumps..thank u mam😇
That's great if you are happy with that . Hope u don't impose ur own left over ones on ur children . Cycle should break with one person in the family .
