Honestly, I would not welcome a call from either of them if I were the parents either. After all, Biden was the one who had their childrens' lives taken away when he ordered their withdrawal. He probably couldn't face them or bring himself to even apologize because of his cowardice. Still, it would have been nice had Biden or Kamala TRIED to call the families on the anniversary. He should have at least given the families the option to talk to him and hear him try to explain himself and his reasoning for doing that, as well as an apology. I have seen campaign ads with Kamala laying a wreath at the tomb of the unknown soldier. Isn't that the same thing? I am a veteran, a Gold Star father, and my son is buried at Arlington, contrary to that MSNBC tool, I am not upset that Trump was there with the families. I actually thank him for being there.
