Some children do need guidance. Some kids are bullied throughout school because they are too girlish or too boyish. Not like majority. Making them aware that its ok to be a girl or boy would encourage them to wear clothes and call themselves the desired gender. That would prevent further bullying and ensure children grow up to become productive citizens instead of criminals.
