2 Medium size Boiled Aloo (Potato )
1/2 cup Dahi(Curd)
1 Tbl sp water
1 cup Chawal Ka Ata (Rice Flour )
Tomsto Chutney
1 Tbl sp oil
1/2 cup Onion slice
10 Lasun ki Kali (Garlic clove )
1/2 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida )
1 Tsp Samudri Namak(Sea salt )
1 cup Tomato Slice (2 Medium size Tomatoes )
5 to 6 Sukhi Lal Mirch (Dry Red chilli )
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1 small imli ka Ball(Tamarind )
1/4 cup water
1 Tsp Gud(Jaggery )
2 Tbl sp oil
1 Tsp Rai(Mustard seed )
1 Tsp Urad Dal (Black Gram )
1 Strip Curry Patta (Curry leaves )
1 Tbl sp water
2 to 3 Hari Mirch finely chopped (Green chilli )
2 Tbl sp Curry Patta finely chopped (Curry leaves finely chopped )
1 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed )
3/4 Tsp salt
2 to 3 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped )
1/4 Tsp Ajwine (Carom seed )
2 Pinch Baking Soda
1 Tbl sp water
Serve with Tomato Chutney
