Old School Leg Workout Explained / Seth Feroce
Warm up
5 sets Leg Extensions - 20rep sets
5 sets Leg Curls - 20rep sets
5 sets Adductor - 10rep sets
5 sets Abductor - 10rep sets
1. Leg Presses - 6-8 sets
Pyramid up in weight each set - 15-20 reps per set.
Last set is strip set to failure each set
2. Power Squat - 5 sets x 15,15,15,12,10
Pyramid up in weight - good clean reps.
Overall leg development in the head.
3. Smith Machine Lunges - 4 x 12
4. Stuff Legged Deadlifts 5 x 12-15
Superset with Lying Leg Curls 5 x 10-12
5. Front Squats - 6 x 12,10,10,10,8,8

Yep, I need a reason to not party and get drunk. Training and feeling good are what my life is about now. I prepare for my workout by eating good and getting fluids, immediately after I’m on my recovery and prep for my next workout. It never ends, I fucking love it. I wasted the first part of my life being a playboy and getting fucked up all of the time. I found no happiness in that life. Now with the discipline I’ve accumulated I can be happy and satisfied knowing that I’m pushing myself to get stronger and better.

Fitness is a beautiful thing that has so much more benefit then just the physical results. Part of why I train in the morning is to help get my mindset in the right place before tackling the day.

Seth I’m 77 years old and I have been working out since I was 13 years old with a home made concrete barbell . Did a 2 hour leg work out this morning. I know how you feel I love the hurt . I’ve always lifted for the hurt . Love your videos and appreciate all the work you do for us .

Seth, you’re an animal brother. I’ve been training since I was 17 and I am 31 now. The statement about weights keeping you out of trouble resonated with me deep.. lifting weights mapped out a much healthier and disciplined life going forward and I couldn’t see myself ever parting ways with this life style. Anyways, I respect what you do and what you preach. You’re a real one!

Somebody turned me onto you about a year ago. I’m from NE Ohio and been a HWMF my whole life. When I wasn’t at war in the Middle East I was doing construction and beating the shit out of myself. I love your intensity, thank you for sharing your knowledge. These workouts fuck good bro!!

My dude. I’ve lifted in gyms for 36, going on 37 years and this video made my day. I have spent hours doing these movements. Love it and miss. Thankful for the iron. It’s my scotch and soda. Without it I feel lost/lonely/incomplete. Keep making the world hard.

Went to the gym today and met a 98 year old woman doing machine weights. She goes to the gym 3 to 4 days a week with her daughter who is in her 70’s. So while your crying about how tough it is, there is a 98 year old woman putting in the work in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

I love front squats because I have to keep upright so there's less stress on my lower back. When I back squat, I tend to squat low bar and low bar forces you to lean forward more and by the end I'm feeling it in my lower back. Really cool to get your perspective, your thought process, and, to see the inner workings of why you do what you do. Awesome work man. You are bad MFR 🤜🤛

Starting to eat alot more and double down on my bodybuilding. I have Anhidrotic ectodermal dysplasia so I deal with no sweat glands (cant sweat) and immune deficiency's but I don't let that shit stop me. This motivates me beyond what you will know. The weights is something I can take all my problems out on and feel amazing. Thank you so much for this video and the words of wisdom!

So, I did the workout the best I could and now two days later the warmup abductions and adduction exercises are killing me. I always stretch my inner thighs on leg day but been years since I’ve done those two exercises…and I am feeling it!!!

Man I’ve been watching since those 5 minute vids where more or less all that was getting uploaded but I was always hyped up when they would drop. So many times sitting in the gym parking lot killin the pre watching those videos getting ready to let it fucking rip!
