I actually really enjoyed this training session. Helping out Sam with getting more reps and telling him to control the negative on the last few reps seems like its fucking hell, but insane on the pump. Also, i like how you clarify that you're not trying to change Sam's training routine, simply just showing him an alternative, and if he likes it, he can implement it into his training. Great wisdom Fouad
I'm so happy for Sam, it must be awesome to have someone like Fouad, and his friends to bounce ideas off of, also the wealth of knowledge. I'm envious in some ways! Keep up the good work guys!
This was really cool, especially the posing tips. It made so much sense when they were explaining. I have close to no idea about posing, but them telling sam these tips made him look so much better in such a short time.
Fouad and Sam is the best duo by far . They are both super smart on what they do and know how to get shit done and quick . Love you both very much I watch every vid of hosstile and Sam as well. Keep up the work champs .
Great to the chemistry you guys have. I recently decided to get more in shape and take a run at putting on some muscle instead of dropping weight. You guys are so motivating. I work out early but when I treat myself to one of your vids in the evening I have to restrain myself from jumping on the next days workout. Thanks for what you guys do. Amazing 💪😎👍
After 5 years of training. Sam has changed my training for life. Went straight into the gym doing science based powerlifting (RPE etc). I thought i was smarter than everyone else. Managed to change my body from 65kg to about 84kg lean. B 135KG/S 230KG/ D 245KG. I consider myself strong but always sort of went through the motion at the gym unless it was work around 9+ RPE. I have been doing sams training for the last 2 months and i can already feel and see gains after years of stagnation. Intensity is truly the key in my experience. I sort of already agreed because i got big doing high intensity low rep powerlifting. The shit makes sense. Never been more motivated.
@@squattilupuke2435 think I should of caveated. I always did bodybuilding at the end of the workout but I’d do it with reps in reserve etc and didn’t really enjoy it or see the benefit compared to my earlier powerlifting. I thought volume was a greater driver than intensity.
Thanks Fuad to help Sam. please don"t let him to died, he need analysis, how is workig his liver, heart, kdneys, he nees to know how is his body on the inside..he is a kid with dreams, be a father for him, maybe we are looking a new Mr Olympia in 5 years, he has a great potential but he needs supervicion in all. It is good to see Ian Valerie there, that men really makes CBum Olympia Champion, very sad his retirement. new generations needs his knowledge. Thank you Hosstile for help Sam with the all suplements and staff for his training. You are the best.
I think Sam should try to find himself a serious workout partner permanently. He will really step up his game. I want to see him on stage and get rewarded for all his hard work.
There’s a really weird dynamic between sam and this older guy where the older guy is kinda passively pushing himself as the wiser guy or more esteemed, but at the same time he also sets hooks to try and get Sam to agree/advocate with what he does & says. Like not only does he subtly act like a know it all, he reaches hard for outside justification, maybe he sees how popular and likeable sam is and he is investing
I have been having knee problems after I do heavy squatting and I am starting to think it's because I do hamstrings last. I may start doing hamstrings at the start of my leg days to see if I can at least ease the knee pain (For context I had knee surgery after blowing out my cartilage in highschool)
Yes mate! I had patellar tendinopathy for years and training hamstrings first resolved it for me. The cool thing about doing leg curls first is that your squats and leg presses won’t suffer from them!
