I agree Hope so fast in forgiveness is a bad thing it's unhealthy in a relationship that the one who does the bad things get forgiven immediately, it's looks like hope lost all of her self-esteem It would be better if hope would have stopped the musical and tried a death spell again against Landon but before finished it knocked out from behind by Lizzy or something like that

No he is the MATT of the show He is literally the stereotypical ’good guy’ And Elena is way better than dis guy At least she hung out with more than like 2 ppl And had more of a connection to the audience (whether good/bad)

This is why i hate landon so much- he does stuff and then acts shocked after they reject the thing hes done. I hate how they tease us through episodes a Handon breakup but in the end, it's a fairy tale and everything is alright. Firstly the kiss to wake up Hope, seriously ? ("A non consential kiss is never the answer" well only for gay people it seems) No other ideas ? A lot of people had some better explanation/theories (without adding any ship). I'm not defending any ship here because, it's not the subject here. But they were 0 interactions between Josie and Hope. I mean it would be logical, Hope saved her. But no, not even a "Thank You". I don't blame Josie, with everything she has done it's normal that she's struggling, but i think it's a little out of character. For the Rafael episode it was not THAT bad but yeah i think Rafael could have been saved but well... And now, a song (which he had no rights to write without Hope's consent) is the solution to their "fight" and they're back together ? Handon is not great for Hope for my opinion. He's not a bad guy, he's trying in his own special way, but i don't think Hope is a great match for him.
Well, you addressed a lot of points so let me voice my opinion: Yep, I dont agree with the kiss In regards to Landon turning the letter into a song, I dont agree with what he did either. But, you have to admit it came from a place of love. He had good intentions, he just executed it badly. Not to mention, after she expressed her disapproval, he took the song out of the play. (Notice when Hope threw it on the ground, he didnt pick it back up. He just walked away). The only reason Hope sang it is because Puck gave her the song, and why would Puck have it if it was going to be in the play?? So we can at least give him credit for not disregarding her feelings. All in all, Landon isnt a bad guy. He never was. He's just insecure/hurt due to his past abuse/trauma from the foster care system. He doesn't know how to express he cares about someone through objects, so sometimes the things he does (although they have good intentions) backfire. Also, yes, I'm a Handon shipper and I think they should break up for a while. But, that's a whole nother conversation.

Noticed how winkle it was? But Landon did add kluas to the play despite Hope telling him not to and it doesn't really matter if he had good or bad intentions. No matter the outcome. It was still wong. He keeps doing things without Hope constant. Fitst the kiss. Which happened in a episode that if not for covid prophoning production was supposed to be directly after the fairytale episode where Hope said a none consensus is never the answer. Key word Never. Now Adding Kluas when Hope told him in clear words not to do it.
@@Dani-pr8wv So i agree with you about Landon. He's not a bad guy it's just that i don't think they are made for each other. I don't particulary like Landon to be honest but he's not a bad person. He had a lot going on in his past so it's normal that their relationship is not smooth. I'm totally agreeing with you for that part. He's just really, REALLY clumsy with his actions. But like i said i woul prefer that Handon breakup and that each characters have some break (about relationship) and then maybe have different Love Interest. @@ericasharp1872 true, but the thing about the Klaus situation is that Hope thought he was going to show Klaus as this monster/nightmare. Heck, even the school curriculum teaches the students that he's a monster. But, the only scene he added with Klaus in it is the one where he donated money to fund the school/being a caring father. But, she wouldn't let him explain that. Instead, she let her insecurities (combined with the library scene) made her assume the worst.
And that's why I ship Hosie 😇 remember when Josie was concered about Lizzie giving Carolines dress to Hope because Klaus chose it... and now look at Landon
I seem to be the only one who cought it. But earlier during the episode Josie kinda mocked Landon telling him how he don't believe in endless love as he have already given up on Hope twice. She may deep down still have feelings for Hope. Expecually after Fairytale episode last season. Maybe she redevelop that crush she had and don't like how Landon keeps hurting Hope.

@@christianjohn4481 Maybe. But Julie Plec said that Josie was only using Landon to fill the hole in her heart that Penelope left. She wasn't really inlove with him. She was still missing Penelope when she got with Landon. In 2x16 Josie secretly as a pig suggested to Hope that maybe she should kiss sleeping beauty Josie awake. Maybe some part of her wanted Hope to kiss her. Also i heard that in 3x08 Josie will find out about the Crush Hope had on her. Maybe learning that will mean something to Josie. I don't know when or if it's true. But i heard that Hosie will happen either sometime this season or next.
And then they got back together again at the end. I have nothing against the ship but I do think they needed to be apart to move the plot and character development along because the relationship plot with them has become stagnant and boring.
I kind of wonder if Landon has some underlying resentment. For all the evil and wrong Klaus Mikaelson did/caused he loved his daughter completely. Hope had parents who loved her, even if Klaus wasn't around much when she was growing up- it was to protect her. Landon wasn't wanted. he didn't have the loving parents/family Hope had. Also as a son of Malivore, there might be a dark streak in him He can't understand why it would hurt Hope is hurt because it's not something he can empathize with or understand.
You make a valid point in this, people seem to forget that he was an orphan and only had Ralph. ( that was later on in life.) I may hate landon, but I don't think people are getting that he didn't have a family to sympathies with him, eo he can't with hope. Plus screw landon 🤮
I feel like hope and landon need time apart and time to pursue other relationships (maybe give some time for hosie even though I dont ship it) but I still think they should be endgame, they're both clueless on how a good relationship works and different relationships could help them grow so much because they obviously care about each other so much. Everyone says he used this letter without her permissions... blah, blah, blah... But he just wrote the song. Everyone can writes something in private. There's nothing wrong that he made a song if he felt inspired! He DID NOT sing it publlicly or show lyrics everyone around! He goes FIRST to her with it. And ultimately she accepted this song and performed on scene herself. So where is problem? We don't know if he would released this song in musical, if she didn't approve it.

I think he tried to do something nice for her, maybe something that can make her feel good or happy because it's about her father. but he's so innocent and so healthy as a person that she couldn't think this was going to hurt her.

I totally get the vibe. Everyone is hating on Landon when honestly! And his intention wasn’t to be careless it was to show everyone that klaus had a good side. He was trying to do something nice but hope I feel like isn’t the nice character. I feel like she always holds Landon back from using his strength. I know she tries to keep him safe but dude, let him in on the action as well. He controls him mentally which isn’t okay either. It’s toxic so honestly, it’s not so easy on him either.

Hope should have agreed to train landon and help him understand his abilities, but instead her version of keeping him safe was having him stuck in the school under constant supervision. Never once did she realize that she was forcing landon to try harder to prove himself to her.
