@@mehakahmed110 he did tell her to make mistakes and for vampire she is making those mistake right now. Hope was always going to go off the deep end, she’s always trying to be perfect and that never works
@@joshthaller4754 Marcel can’t compel Hope. He can’t even compel an original. The only way he was able to compel Elijah was if Vincent weakened his mind to it.
This was very sad. I hope we see more of Rebekah because it's not like her to just give up after this and it should be obvious that Hope only behaves like this because she lacks emotion at the moment like all vampires.
Yeh… the made Rebekah a softy… I was waiting for her to call hope “thAt lIttlE brAt!” But all honestly. I’m glad she came back for the episode but it felt like she was a different character. I understand that she lost her brothers and bestie so she would be a little depressed. But damn. Sis didn’t even say a curse-word 💀
@@MikhailJenkins She was completely in charecter don't make things up. She bahaved this way because it's how she thought was right and provoking Hope would really not have been a good idea since she's no match for her niece.
I did feel like Rebekah wasn’t as badass as she normally was but I also feel it was because it broke her seeing Hope, the niece she protected and raised, who they all sacrificed for including both her parents, seeing her without her humanity killed her inside. I really do hope that they do end up bringing in Freya, perhaps Kol, Davina, Marcel, Rebekah& Vincent to try to help Hope. I do agree sometimes the show forgets that she does indeed have family, they make it seem like her real family doesn’t exist and only the saltzmans do. I get the twins can be considered sisters too her and Alaric is a second dad but I wish they had more of her family appear or mentioned. This season is definitely the best so far and it’s starting to seem more like the Vampire diaries/originals.
@@haylieamygoth3407 Rebekah was only baddas in tvd and she was already more baddas in this one episode than in most of the originals where she was only there to either betray, talk nonesense or be a damsel in distress. Davina and Vincent are the worst charecters in the tvdu and they are the reason story wise that Hope lost so much and so is Marcel although he would have relevance in returning. Alaric is not a second dad to her and don't refer to him as one please.
I still feel it should be a mikaelson that helps Hope find her way back in since there’s no way Hayley or Klaus would be back. Because she is always close to them even during those 7 years. Freya, Rebekah and Marcel to help her or perhaps Keelin too.
@@sherelljefferson18 I don’t think they would bring anymore mikaelson to guest start so it would be the twins or Landon or any of those friends of her.
@@nphanor yes but the reason why I feel it shouldn’t be. Freya is a Mikaelson witch, Rebekah is a Mikaelson vampire. Marcel is like Klaus son, her brother. He is closer to Klaus then Hope ever be. Keelin to help her werewolf side.
@@melanieb4836 she just transitioned and she's not in a state of mind to think that far ahead, she was hurting and didn't want to feel anything. And yes Klaus may let some people live but I think it's too soon to compare her with Nicklaus.
Why do I have this sinking suspicion Clarke (Ryan) is going to be the one to save her, maybe even fall for each other only for Landon and Ted to return from the otherside
Am I the only one that laughed when Rebekah said" you were really just gonna leave me here dumped on the side of the road like garbage " Hope's answer was priceless 😂😂😂
Funny thing is why would Rebekah try the dagger on Hope in the first place? The daggers didn't work on Klaus because of his werewolf side is supernaturally immune to silver. So it wouldn't work on Hope either, I guess we could call it desperation. But it proves despite being a Tribrid, Hope's immunity to the daggers is weaker than her father's who wouldn't be affected at all, while this episode shows she'd be temporarily desiccated,
I know it sounded familiar, but then Abby from charmed sounds like Rebekah so it may not be Aurora. Not saying it defiantly isn't, but it's probably not Arora.
I loved the vibe of this episode. It was very TO. Hope and Rebekah are both awesome. I hated how everyone gave up on Hope. It really pissed me off when Lizzie said she would kill her and Hope was always evil, and Alaric said that he regrets taking her in and thinks she’s evil. WTF? He had no problem making excuses for Josie, Lizzie, MG, and Kaleb when they killed someone or beat him up, but Hope is evil. I suspect Alaric’s character was supposed to stay alive but the actors racist messages and actions ended that. I read that there will be a surprise important visitor from Hopes past in the next episode. I’m hoping it’s Marcel, Vincent, or Davina. I suspect it will be Caroline though.
I’m hoping Rebekah and freya can work together and get through to hope. because the only person besides Landon which he’s basically gone, can bring back hopes humanity. I feel like if it’s not hopes family Josie could have a chance in bringing hope back. Who do you guys think can be the key to hopes humanity turning back on?
The triad thing that is going on now is making me want to actually watch it. I was upset about this show because it was too not tvd or the orginals. The whole concept of hope in the future was for her to inherit klaus’s old enemy’s and people who think she is a “freak of nature”. Now since there are the main bloodlines of wolves, vamps, and witches going against hope I would love this.
I'm really hoping that's aurora I mean it sounds like her voice especially when she said "ill be waiting" the speaker didn't want to ruin the surprise and aurora always loved riddles abd mind games. She has the movie she went after cami because klaus loved her so maybe she thinks it's the perfect revenge to get klaus daughter
@@bhliss5088 it sounded alot like her only more robotic and I know she's under freya sleeping spell I just thought it was a fun theory of who it could be
I think it's going to be Elijah who ultimately brings hope back, then again Damon was always good at bringing Stefan's humanity back!!! Super excited to see the upcoming episodes!
All I know is this is building up to someone who can actually reach hope more while still having Rebekah and hopefully Freya in the same scenes too probably seeing Hayley in her mind in the afterlife like before or even Elijah and maybe just maybe klaus himself
I really hope that she turns her humanity back on at some point and regrets her mistakes but if she ends up dead it won't be good , she turned back into her father that her own family can't stop her if her friends can't no one can
No way everyone has been waiting for this a ruthless hope, a dark and not cringey episode. This episode literally brought fans back when how tvd and to work, ripping those necks. So I hope this darker tone and no cringey landon would last
Am i the only one thinking Hope still can die if Marcel bit her? Technically yes. Hope's edge is that she can use magic and van send him flying away the moment he tried to come close to her, but technically if he came near her undetected, he could kill her, although obviously he wouldn't because he also loves her, but it's a way to kill her. Her vampire and werewolf sides aren't as strong as Marcel's after that serum thing in season 3 of the originals. He could've killed Klaus if he wanted to, and he could compelled original vampires. If Charles came back that could be a way to "turn on" Hope's humanity, by compelling her to do so, cause remember hr made Elijah forget his family easy. He still has the venom of all the werewolf families so he is hella strong, but obviously he wouldn't kill her, but maybe Triad used his venom against her, as other villains tried to do back in The Originals. Her humanity will be turn on by either Landon coming back somehow, the twins being at the verge of death, or Marcel's compulsion. And i really hope The Mikaelsons came back at least one more time cause if the show tries to stay logical, there's no way in hell they would let Hope run around free like that, they would try everything to gain her back. Even when they hurt each other multiple times, Mikaelsons always stayed together at the end, and she has to get her necklace back obviously, or else her mom and dad's memory would be so insulted, and the whole Originals series as a whole would be pointless.
Sorry but you’re wrong . Hope isn’t bound by white oak, which is the main ingredient in Marcel’s venom. Hope and klaus don’t share the same weaknesses .
Marcel could only compel Elijah because of Vincent. Vincent opened Elijah’s mind so he could be compelled otherwise marcel wouldn’t have been able to compel him
@@arianazamora9379 ok then it's even more of a stretch but it is possible for Vincent and Freyah at the same time to hold Hope, they had done it before for other extremely powerful characters, even if just for a moment, and then make the compulsion happened. I mean I'm saying theories but all of them are technically possible... Obviously i still think her humanity will come back because of the twins or Landon 🤔, but the venom part could still be used by the enemy, just as before
But all honestly. I’m glad R came back for the episode but it felt like she was a different character. I understand that she lost her brothers and bestie so she would be a little depressed. But damn. Sis didn’t even say a curse-word 💀- I think/hope she’ll be in more episodes bc this one didn’t really feel ✨complete ✨- I’m sure she’s gonna give her the necklace back. But this episode showed R giving up on hope. HA she lost HOPE💀🤌🤌
I am surprised the remaining Mikealsons gave up on Hope so easily especially considering the lengths they would go to for each other in TO ik hope is a whole new kind danger but that never stopped them from protecting eachother in the past & if anyone could find a way of reaching her or subduing her it would be them. I just find it hard to believe they would just suddenly dismiss always and forever because Rebekah thinks Hope has become "too dangerous" this just belittles the whole family aspect the TO centered around, it feels like it died with Klaus and Elijah atp the Mikealsons shown in the originals would have never left Hope high and dry knowing she is still an orphaned child whose clearly going down the same dark path their brother did if not darker considering Klaus never turned his humanity off.
I see where this is going after this episode 1.Hope lost her mind 2. New Vampire, Wolves and Witches are coming 3. She turned on Bex and dissed Freya and gave back the chain 4. She killed Alaric After all that Hope did we will need all the Mikaelson fam Marcell and the Saltzmen sisters for Hope,, Final thought, Any chance Alaric return as a Original vampire to help stop her. Remember, he was stronger Klaus.
@@Astrlctrl yeah but Alaric was cool as a vampire besides his kids mom a vampire plus I agree if lizzy turns they won't half to go through the merge i know vampire are not always a solution but I still love them
Now it kind of sounds like Emma but I doubt Emma would be trying to kill Hope… but then again maybe that’s why they showed that scene of Emma and Alaric talking about Hope & if they should give her a chance. Idk
really hate the turning humanity off concept.. it's sort of a cop out way to make the characters change drastically at a drop of a hat without explanation. It's not even a thing that was possible or considered in The Originals which made the characters are more consistent since all the mistakes they've made just stays with them and they live with it or they don't care about it all.
it was definitely possible in the originals, it's just that none of them decided to use it. i think it's a really interesting concept to go along with how heightened someone's emotions become when they transition into a vampire. it isn't without an explanation; there's usually some kind of traumatic trigger that causes them to flip the switch.
Like the comment above me said, it was very much possible for them to turn their humanity off. But we’re talking about 1000-year old vampires who were at the top of the supernatural hierarchy. Hope was so traumatized about having to kill Landon that it triggered her to (accidentally) flip her switch. I think that says a lot about how much she’s been through; she’s so afraid to face grief again, that her mind's first response was to shut it all off.
Okay... but no way that Rebekah would've left her! I mean this is so unlike them! Family forever and Rebekah leaves?! It's so obvious that the legacies writers just wanted Rebekah here for one episode to lure the viewers.. kind of sad. We knew Rebekah as a bad ass who would do crazy things for her family! Even after Klaus daggered her... multiple times! But now she just leaves hope? So unlike the Rebekah we know.
Did anyone else notice that at this time this episode has a better IMDb score than the most successful movies in history? It's amazing how big of an impact the Mikealsons truly have and I think Claire Holt should truly be happy that she caused such a great success just by appearing to briefly.
We need some marcel Gerard but I feel If there are too many of the ogs they are gonna steal the show but I need the some marcel davina kol Rebecca , Freya and Vincent team up to take her down I mean they are the only beings with enough power and ultra supernatural experience and knowledge to take down except if someone wants to resurrect Lucian 😂😂
@Francisco Leyva Martin sorry, but didn't she take the cure right after Klaus/Elijah died? i thought the ending in originals said that she became human ???
Klaus tells Rebekah that the cure is waiting for her in Mystic Falls when she’s ready (after Damon dies) in the finale of the Originals. In Legacies, we know Damon and Elena are still alive because Josie stays with them in season 3. So no, she doesn't have the cure yet. She has to wait for Damon to die.
@@lovelylino2570 Klaus tells Rebekah that the cure is waiting for her in Mystic Falls when she’s ready (after Damon dies) in the finale of the Originals.
This episode's emotions aside but if your people think Klaus would be ashamed of Hope, you really have no idea what Klaus was. He loved her, doesn't mean he wanted her to be soft. He'd be freaking proud of how badass Hope is.
Now hope has fully transitioned, that will mean lizzie and josie can become tribred-heretics. They will siphon hopes blood and become something only hope thought she could be.
Feel like hope is powerful but not as powerful as the show makes her out to be, she doesn’t have the vampire or witch power of her family as she hasn’t really been tested, she hasn’t gone up against that many powerful villains like on the originals or even the vampire diaries.
@@rimbach4692 she’s still a kid what training could she of had that made her near the power level of Esther or dahlia who are 2 of the most powerful witches of all time.
@@trentboyer8596 I didn’t say she was at their level yet because she’s still a inexperienced witch but she definitely has potential to be as strong as them.
Absolutely loved this episode!!! Felt like I was right back watching the originals/Vampire Diaries. Really hope the madness continues, up to this point/epi everything has felt so juvenile! Let's not forget when Vampire Diaries started they were all around hopes age and it was non stop terror and chaos, so really hoping following EPs are as awesome forth coming. Absolutely loved this EP and really missed bekS❤️ The only thing I didn't like to much was how calm/reserved Rebekah was! Otherwise absolutely phenomenal !!!
Oh man how I'd love for some how Bonnie Bennett comes into play!!! Ahhh maybe a Bonnie+ Davina teamup!!! I so hope later down the line we get some badass Caroline Forbes action!! Super stoked for upcoming episodes 😊❤️
There was a tiny glimpse of humanity when Bex mentioned Klaus. Though I still wonder why go that far with Alaric? I get no humanity and sending a message but going that deep shows some deep rooted anger and I'm wondering from what.
@@Payney2.01 I mean Landons death is definitely a trigger and Hope has lost so much I get why it shut off but poor Ric. Being angry is one thing but that was excessive. I know when she flips her humanity on it will send her spiraling knowing what she had done. I'm loving all the parallels between TVD and Legacies .
If they just want to ruin the whole hope mikaelson character just say that because I’m tired of her she is smart but so dumb when it comes to boys like that how her mother got killed and now this like please change her story to maybe she is trying everyway to bring back her dad and she doesn’t care who gets in her way 🤔
. Honestly if the mikealsons where the first vamp them one of them must be of the original bloodline . Don’t know who will be the wolf. Guessing someone from the hollows pack line since they where the Original Wolfpack . And someone who reminded a which
That did sort of sound like Aurora, last we saw of her was when she was drained of the Lucian dose and put in a sleeping spell .. what about the heritics Alaric did bring them up in the mind dive.
@@bhliss5088 Hope place all her faith and hope on Landon being her always and forever trying to fight fate and all for a human mud boy she knew she was destined to kill. When that always and forever title is only preserve for family and the Mikaelsons and Landon was neither. Landon was only Hope's love interests ,lover and her so call epic love. He was never part of Hope's family and I'm tired of Hope acting like he is or was. Landon was the first boy she let in deep enough to love. Since he was her first and she's still young why was she so sure he was the one when he was her first experience outside a crust and she hasn't explored with anyone to find the one if she was so desperate for romance. I believe if anyone whom is not a Mikaelson was Hope's family it would be the Salzman's. Hope even told Alaric he was always like a father to her and has always after making mends and forgiving eachother treated Lizzie like a sister and look what she did to them because she let Malivore melipate and trick her into letting Landon back in. Due to her letting her love for mud boy back in she lost her humanity apone his death. I mean once Malivore gave Landon control Hope was rejecting the idea of killing Landon dispite knowing Malivore gave him back control temporarily and Malivore was too dangerous to live. If Hope would've distent herself emotionally from Landon like she does with everyone else. Than perhaps his death wouldn't have hit her as hard as it did. This is what I don't get. Regardless if Malivore is in control it's still Landon's body she kills. So what difference does it make if Landon was in control or not. She once again let the human mud boy weaken her emotionlly and as a vampire tribrid there's consequences and now the world is facing the danger of that consequence.
That's totally Aurora voice because if you look back into the seasons of the original she never died they put her to sleep and spell maybe someone woke her up I guess we'll see also we even see her Aurora to Elijah while he's teaching her how to drive hopefully she figures it out
