This completely broke my heart to watch because all I kept thinking about was how Rebekah was Hope's surrogate mother for the best part of an entire year when she was an infant. She was the one that fed, changed and clothed her and took care of her totally alone while Klaus and Hayley worked to make New Orleans safe for her. To see her become this monster, who is pretty much boasting about how she's going to be just as selfish and careless as Klaus had once been but just with fewer mistakes, must have been such torture for Rebekah. Especially when Hope used "always and forever" as a weapon to hurt her.
Its a new age everyone knew she was gonna be powerful deadly and unstoppable the moment she was conceived…why else do you think everyone besides the mikelsons wanted hope dead..because like the witches said in the originals she will be the death of them all…they weren’t wrong:/
Right they sacrificed so much for her so she could bring peace to supernatural world so she could be hope her mom and dad died for her and this is just her being ungrateful and I have no doubt in my mind they would be so disappointed especially Hayley who wanted her to be better then she ever was and that’s what no one seems to understand you have to look at it from all angles not just one or you never really understand the show
If hope took her down then u need to understand hope is an original to she has the same Strength and even more then her aunt no matter the age they have displayed that especially when hope took Alaric down.

Gosh it was so great to see Rebekah again!! I wish Caroline or Bonnie could make make an appearance next :( But omg it was amazing to see Claire Holt again! Great acting from both Danielle Rose Russell and Claire Holt this episode ♥️ I really liked this episode, it was probably my favorite episode.
Ok,this "big bad tribrid" arc is entertaining to watch, but I want Hope turns her humanity on as soon as possible. Anyway she will probably do something worse than what she has already done to Alaric and it will be very difficult for her friends to forgive her...
I think that they are distance hope family because if there are some of the first vampires, werewolves and witches they have to be kind of related because hope’a familia were the first vampires and werewolves

That was pointless to bring Rebekah back for such a bad storyline.. They chitchat about family and power, she hasn’t tried very much to bring her niece’s humanity back and just give up that easy with a little threat from her niece, doesn’t sound like the Rebekah we used to know.. Not to mention her original vampire ability being diminished by a simple vampire. Didn’t except a lot from Legacies, really messing with all storylines
Uow i answer, never. She Just came and made feel Hope feel like shit in her worst moment, betrayed like she Said she hated It. And then gone, leftin her alone, orphan, congrats! Few EPS ruined all the incondicional love i saw on Rebekah in years. She token so much more for her brothers, she says Klaus would be ashamed??? Really? I can see him angry, but never leftin her alone, she experienced it a Lot, This scene Just show How selfish his brothers was to his pain, and they did worst with Hope. Klaus had others people even in the darkness, she was left alone by her friends and when we think SOMEBODY REMEMBER THAT HER EXISTS like they Said so much in the originals, made This tô her. This scene its not cool. She was really betrayed, and needed help. Niklaus would be ashamed again with her sister like he Said "Theres someone to protect her, she have an auntie" when he was not There anymore, or even Elijah, her family Just let her Fell down, alaric hated Klaus and was more supportive. Who have to bem ashamed? And Theres a point that she has centuries of age to control her emotions, and its judging her niece teenage with problems not understable for everyone bc was so much pain. Everybody suffered a Lot. But she literally suffered even before was born. Never an original suffered This masterpiece of pain. Everybody talkin bout How badass is rebekah, but This broke her caracter Very well.
Its really funny she betrayed her, made her feel like shit using her dead father, who was one of the reasons she colapsed (something Elijah and Klaus always helped her) and they say she Just say in "revenge" always and forever. This really was something important to her, that she growed UP hearing How they would never left her or lettin everything happen to her. When her parents and uncle die, sm bad things happened, never asked for help. The only time she needed someone urgent, its that How compreensive they were to her. She wasnt mean to rebekah, Just Said the truth, and got a answer Just let her down 🎉 congrats again

This is what your father and I swore to one another a thousand years ago, before life tore away what most humanity you had left, before grief, before anger created in this person before me someone I can barely even recognize as my own niece. Oh my god if that's actually Aurora like people are guessing and she's the one behind Triad and attempting to take Hope down, that would be one of the most unexpected plot twists in TVD history imo
It's funny how Hope has always been told to not make her father's mistakes, and be the better version of him, but they have been treating Hope exactly how Klaus was treated, manipulated. Hope has constantly been held back and not taught to her full potential, all because everyone feared that if Hope is allowed to do so, she would become unbeatable......call it what ever you please, but you can't deny that no one ever loved or trusted Hope the Klaus and Hayley did.
expect for josie, hope trusts josie the most out of all her friends and family after loosing her parents and i think klaus and hayley would love josie and approve of hosie because of how much she loves hope and always fights and proves to be there for her no matter what josie was the only one to understand why she shut off her humanity and tried to save her like how she did, and hope now knows that josie was the only person out of everyone who would never betray her and loves her for her and she sent her the only weapon that could kill her and think their love and relationship is so beautiful weather you agree or not you can’t deny the fact that they really do love each other and have such a beautiful connection
Wow! Bringing Rebekah back for this was rather anticlimactic. She made very little effort to reach Hope and seemed rather unprepared/awkward dealing with her niece. I hope this isn't the end of her visit. I feel like Freya would be more effective in dealing with Hope. Freya definitely makes the tough decisions and comes up with the last minute saves. She stopped Lucien and created the dagger against Marcel. However, neutralizing Hope will probably be as simple as bringing Landon back from the dead.
She didn't even know her emotions were off she just knew she became the tribrid because in the bar she realizes that's it off if she had knew before hand she would have handled it differently
He has no chance against her as shown in season 5 where she litteraly threw him into another dimension with a bloody head where he was traumatized after attempting to stop her. Not to mention Marcel's presence could possibly just provoke Hope even more especially if she knows or learns about what he did to her father.

@@billy05ism maybe....but this is diving into a WHOLE new territory if you really think about it. Yeah they did the mental torture when someone turned of their humanity, but that was a vampire such as Elena, Caroline and/or Stefan...we're talking about the OG family here. And as far as I know (or can remember), there hasn't been one single moment where any of them have had their humanities switched off. True, they're all pretty unhinged on a bad day, but that doesn't mean that they ever had a period where the show runners took us through what happens when THEY turn theirs off, so it's probably a whole different ballgame...add to the fact that Hope is now a Tribrid (Vamp, Wolf & Witch), which is a new species and she's the only one of her kind. I have NO clue how they plan to try to get her to switch her emotions back on, but I do hope they go a new route seeing how it's a new set of rules.
It's crazy Hayley even Klaus didnt want Hope to fall into the same cycle of Mikealson violence that they experienced. In a perfect world one or both would come help hope turn her humanity back on I feel like they're some of the only people who could get her back atp especially if shes not budging for Rebekah, Freya, Kol etc.
All the remaining Mikealsons plus Marcel would have pulled up back in mystic falls to put her in check… like a whole show was founded on saving her as a baby and now her daddy died and they send her off to fight monsters at a boarding school yiikkkkkeeeeesss

I think if Elijah was the it will be worse because she is probably going to bring up what happened to her mother to hurt him but if Klaus was there he would probably lock her up so he can find a way to turn her humanity on

When she had the hollow´s power she beat up klaus like a toy and she wasn´t even using her full power, I just think in Elijah because in the first episode of the originals that would be the episode number 20 of the fourth season of the vampire diaries klaus rejects elijah more than once but elijah never sccepted until he convinced klaus to stay.

I loved to see Claire play Rebekah again but tbh this was pointless. Why bring her back if y’all was gonna make her weak, she didn’t really put up a fight or really try. She let her niece talk to her like trash and didn’t try to check her like the once badass Rebekah did. And then y’all bring her back while hope humanity is off so it’s kinda awkward, and we barley seen Rebekah and hope together before this, only when she was a baby. Tbh y’all should have brought her once her humanity was back on and brought kol or marcel. Kol return would have been better because kol was wildest out of all of them and he seemed like he would been fun. Idk kind of disappointed at how this turned out.

They really baited us with the promotion of this episode and it was cheap Rebecca was in for all of 7 mins Alaric literally has the same storyline as Evans did and we are back to the tryad yup I'm out legacies.. you can clearly see the writers are struggling to keep this show going
I am surprised the remaining Mikealsons gave up on Hope so easily especially considering the lengths they would go to for each other in TO ik hope is a whole new kind danger but that never stopped them from protecting eachother in the past & if anyone could find a way of reaching her or subduing her it would be them. I just find it hard to believe they would just suddenly dismiss always and forever because Rebekah thinks Hope has become "too dangerous" this just belittles the whole family aspect the TO centered around, it feels like it died with Klaus and Elijah atp the Mikealsons shown in the originals would have never left Hope high and dry knowing she is still an orphaned child whose clearly going down the same dark path their brother did if not darker considering Klaus never turned his humanity off.
Klaus and none of them ever turned it off because they were too old and lost the ability to do so but I’m pretty sure Klaus would’ve turned it off if he had the chance. But yeah, about the rest, you’re right.
In the end I believe it's Aurora because of her voice but also the last time she was on the Originals she was trapped on a tower by Klaus and someone must have freed her and maybe that's why Traid is back also they might be in New Orleans so that's why Hope went there in the new episodes trailer and they must have something to weaken her and kidnapp her and kill her.
I feel like she didnt try hard enough.. like it felt a lil weird seeing rebekah just give up that easily. Like even if a fight was to happen it wouldn’t have mattered because rebekah is a 1000 year old original vampire. Hope has been the tribrid for what a couple days?? I really hate hope which is why I don’t watch the series anymore. I was happy with vampire diaries and I was in love with the originals but I can’t do legacies. I don’t know I just can’t get into it like I did and do with the other two shows.
For the people saying its Emma or Aurora well one you would think if it was Emma Hope would notice her voice. It cant be aurora cause shes in a sleeping spell also why would Esther wanna kill hope that is dumb its someone we havent seen im sure.
