So very nice to have a little catch up with the LFA ladies! I know it’s hard when you have “little” interruptions but seeing those two little ones only adds to your podcast for me. Such exciting news that you’re bringing Cozy Toes back! It’s my favorite base I’ve ever knit with. Now knowing I can get more I don’t have to hoard what I have. Happy New Year! Always so nice to catch up with the both of you. I am currently knitting the Weeping Beech pattern using Chocolate Covered Cherries in DK weight that I bought at the MLY pop up last summer. Loving the colorway. I keep my iPad in the kitchen (when I’m cooking etc I like the company when our birds get loud on goes the Beats). It’s a nice balance.

Chelsea I am 100% in the same place as you with my kids! I have two kiddos almost the same age and I’m home with them too! ❤️ you are amazing! It’s the only thing I want to do too but it can be so hard!

I love , love, love your videos! Your life lessons were spot on! I often feel like I’m the only one that thinks like that so it was great to hear your point of view so similar to mine! The interruptions with the girls are precious! Makes me homesick for when my girls were that age. Someday you will want these days back! thank you for being here even in the craziness of life. When the girls are older you will have belly laughs over these seasons of life. I love your words & your discussions on them. I love spending time with you ladies! Chelsea, I am making my way through your Vlogmas and it feels like such a treat to enjoy in January! I live in Vermont too (Northeast) and this gray weather is really fueling my knitting mojo! Happy New Year to you both - your words for the year sound perfect. I saw on Floss Toss you are hesitant to finish the perforated paper ornaments. Vonna Pfeiffer said on her video yesterday that she was going to film a tutorial on her finishing technique. Wanted to pass it along. Love all you do and hope sometime I can score some of your fabric.

Throwing in my 2 cents…. you’ll never regret spending more time with your kids. You WILL absolutely regret spending more time working than being with your kids. They are little for such a short time…….. 🙂

Sue, you need to do a brain dump....not exactly a list, but you write down everything that is crowding your brain. You can cross off the things that you do, but sometimes its just things that you don't want to forget. Works with things that are bothering you. I have a notebook, that I brain dump into in the mornings and it just makes me feel better even if I never get to anything that I write down. Laundry, snowstorm, someone's birthday - send a card, do we need milk? was the heater filter ever changed? how often do we need to change it. Just write till you begin to feel better.
