I guess the owners have to google search their addresses to see if it is listed by someone. I think it is too hard to identify if the seller is the real owner since the seller has fake ID. I will require my sellers to show the docs when they puchases the properties. But how to really verify if I am the buyers' agent? Can I require to see docs and in fact I think many sellers will refuse to show. And also the bad people can make fake docs. It is so hard.
