Administrative assistant designee ordered child support from me. In Oregon in 1999. Never got a hearing or appeal because I was told that until I was current I was not titled to one. Now living in Mississippi and Oregon is garnishing my wages and workman's comp without letting Mississippi know first. Yes that's right there is no new order. Pro se is at a major disadvantage not knowing nor recognizing major errors i.e. no fact findings stated by judge and no hearing but allowing hearing officers to rubber stamp their opinion. discovered judges arent reviewing hearing officer nor magistrates opinion.
What if my ex-wife had the house written in her name, transfers the ownership to her daughter, (my step), without my knowledge, and the her daughter sells the house, also without my knowledge? Can the husband still ask for his portion? If yes how can he go about it in California?
