Legal Expert to CBN: UN 'Putting a No Jews Sign on Parts of the Biblical Holy Land'

JERUSALEM, Israel - Last week, the United Nations General Assembly passed a resolution essentially banning Israeli Jews from the biblical lands of Judea and Samaria (the West Bank), including Jerusalem's Old City. All Jewish settlements there must be vacated within a year, along with all military forces in the West Bank and Gaza.
Most Israelis consider the vote to be outrageous. Yet, legal expert Eugene Kontorovich tells CBN News such resolutions are part of a 50-year history of anti-Semitic and anti-Israel expressions at the U.N.
Kontorovich called the resolution "a tactic to increase diplomatic pressure on Israel," and added, "It creates another window to beat up on Israel, and they're hoping there's going to be an administration in the White House that's ready to take stronger measures and to use this non-binding, legally irrelevant resolution as a cover, as an excuse."

The Jewish people were there through every hostile takeover, from Babylon, to Persia, to the Romans. They were only driven out by the Arabs, thanks to the Satanic religion of Islam, but didn't give up their claim to the land. They may have been chased out and scattered across the world, but they never gave up their claim to their land or their knowledge that God would restore them to their promised land. The Israelis have every right to be in their homeland, which was promised to them by God, especially after they had to purchase it back, even though it belonged to them in the first place, and then they took a formerly prosperous land that the Arabs stripped barren, and made it green, verdant, and prosperous again. If you don't believe this, read some history. If you don't believe the land was stripped bare after the Arabs took over, read the accounts from people who visited the Holy Land in the late 1800s, early 1900s, like Mark Twain, Eli Smith, and Edward Robinson.

If this was a proper reolution, where was America with It's Veto. The UN can't declare Palestinian states, withouth it being voted on in the security council. It is that long since either Jews or Palestinian's held the land, neither have an automatic right to it. Israel accepted the State it currently holds, it also gained land following declarations of war against it. It is also fully entitled to hold those lands. What is not acceptable, is settlers forcing people out of their rightful home, at times supported by the IDF and Government. If Israel wan't to live in Peace, then following the War, they musr rectify that situation. Of course Israel will not direct It's people to move out of the areas the UN dictate, why would they, that is ridiculous. They did it with Gaza in good faith, and look what happened.
