It's amazing how politicians have short memory. Is this not the same Yahaya Bello that was throwing his weight around like an overlord when he was Governor? Just a few weeks after leaving office, he is now faced with the reality of life without "power".....not like the others currently enjoying power will learn from him o. Naija for show😊

this Mr. Onokpasa need to watch this again.... Efcc is empowered by law to invite anybody in public or private sector when the need arising regarding fraudulent activities. why is the governor not honouring the invitation... formal Governor of ekiti went there also? why is this one different ?

There was a press conference yesterday from the former Kogi deputy governor who supported the EFCC allegations and ready to provide more evidence to EFCC and we have this man condemning EFCC actions. Where are we heading to in Nigeria . Why can't we all see the same way when is bad ? . I mean if you steal money belonging to the people you should face the rule of law. But some people are singing another tune why ?

My take on onokpasa is different anyway. It's us that sees yah yah bello as a criminal. Cos we believe he embezzled money. Buttt... onokpasa may not be an honest man. I dont know. But he's arguing based on what the laws interpret. Whether it sounds well to us or not. It's the law, and its the truth.

Does the State high court has a locus standi to restrain a federal agency like efcc? The answer is no. No state high court has the right to stop a federal agency from carrying out her activities. If he wants to restrain efcc, he should go to federal high court
