You hit the nail on the head. Its not about finding the hidden hoard. Its about getting out and seeing what is around where you live.. Love this video its honest and true to the end.. As of yet I am using a AT. But looking towards the simplex.
Awesome video! My Legend will be here the day after tomorrow. I'm waiting very impatiently! I have the Anfibio and the Simplex. I'm ready for the Legend!!!!!
Great video ! I have a simplex and use it on my farm , so mostly big pasture. I am contemplating buying a detech 15 coil for the simplex but also looking at the legend.. would you say id see much difference in the simplex with a detech coil or should i save up for a legend? Many thanks for any info
Love your videos, Love the Simplex!! From personal experience as well as watching countless metal detecting videos I feel like a great upgrade to the Simplex would be either an offset handle or an articulating adjustable handle so the vdi numbers would be in your face😀
ive been waiting for these times to return . Great to see you back at it Lori. A lot better than jewellery plus it could find you way more than someone could give you, worth its weight in history. For the ferro check to work at its full potential , wide long sweeps over the target, you will see it the the greatly detailed legend book/bible. Great comparison, look forward to your future vids.
Great video. Both good machines. Id say the simplex was spot on with th jumpy numbers as you had a few different grades of metals in one hole making her go mad 😂
Hi Lori, I hope that you and Gavin and your clan are well, and happy. I often think of you both. I'm still hunting the place, but I've gone back to being 'less in the public domain'. Facebook and the Forums are too silly and vitriolic for me. I used to be a 'people person', but people ruined that for me'. I've always preferred good old-fashioned Human Beings! Take care all. From Tim Rogers.
*Hello Lori, if you have a moment... please can you give your opinion what it means when the numbers are constantly jumping and then going to "_ _" .* The depth bars show at the deepest. The beeps are strong and there is only one or two beeps per number flash. There's none of the 'iron grunting" / whining sort of bleeps.... The whole area I am practicing on is doing this. At this rate I'll have the entire garden dug up. [KIT: Nokta Makro Simplex+ on v 2.78]
Good video Lori did you know that you can use the legend without ground Ballance all you need to do is noise cancel pick your mode and frequency and away you go
Question, does the Detech coil work on the legend? I ordered the legend too and already have the simplex, I find loads of things with it , but it's just time for an upgrade
1st!!! (To give you a like)👍 But 0.32 seconds into your 28 minute,11 second video it froze!!!☹️....In those 32 seconds I did notice a vast and fantastic improvement in your audio!!!....Now, if we can get over the Technical Difficulties, I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of this video. (Maybe the problem is unique to my American internet provider 🤔). We'll see. I'm REALLY looking forward to watching your latest video 👍🤓😎!!!!
I have a Tesoro Vaquero, Equinox and a Anfibio, but the Legend blows them all away!! I left Newfoundland Canada and I'm now in South Carolina. So I got myself the new Makro Legend with the 12 inch coil "LG 30" and the full carbon fiber shaft. I went to the beach today and ran it at max "30" sensitivity in the wet and I had to check to make sure the detector was still on, it is truly an amazing detector!! I really love this detector and the build quality is so much better "stronger" then the Equinox, I'm now a Nokta fan!!! I'm not sponsored by them or anyone else, I bought all my metal detectors with my own money! I am truly impressed with the Legend!
007 Roger Moore said it perfectly "all those feathers and he still can't fly". At $635 the Legend is still fooled by pulltabs, tinfoil and bottle caps, I'll stick with the Simplex for only $254.
Yep! Tried it again and all I got was you asking "How many detectors does one woman need?".... Well, since I'm SO much in ❤️ with you, the answer is simple(x)....As many as you want!!!!😝.....😘
Multi frequency is the main difference. The detector you use, as long as it goes deep, doesn`t really matter unless you`re targeting something specific and need certain advanced functions or need something to match your specific soil conditions. Multi frequency will work better on wet salty sand or highly mineralized soil. But Paystreak Superfreak found tons of silver with the Simplex and hardly any with an Equinox in his hunting locations. Right now I have a very simple but effective Minelab Vanquish 340. I simply don`t need the Simplex unless I decide to start hunting in swimming holes (hard to do since kids got everyone banned by trashing these areas and disturbing the peace) and need something waterproof, although I`d love to have the machine to search for faint, deep, silver signals with headphones, which I suspect it would be very good for. But the Vanquish also hits deep silver and gives quiet little beeps on the deep stuff, so they may be nearly equal in my soil. No way to know though without testing them side by side on deep targets.
God bless y’all , we need 1 but being somewhat human , Say maybe ,,,, well I have 2 water machine and 3different ones for fields old homestead and open fields
Hint ...forget Simplex+. Unless there is an update from 2.78 it is a waste of time and money considering the capabilities of other detectors. The sales pitch of cheap price is not worth the loss of a persons time or money. I hope anyone looking to buy a detector reads this. This company defaces itself by selling that machine in that condition. No joke.
This is my 4th attempt to watch this video ending in failure...😡!!!! ( Now my mind is in the gutter!). The only Detector any woman needs has a vibrator built in to the handle!!!(😝🤣).... NO, you didn't deserve that answer 🤔 but you DO have a British sense of humor right? 😂🧐!!!!
