Just coming back to also say, that I have picked up a copy of Legend and will be starting it soon. Your approach and content choice are top notch! Ps. If you haven’t read the First Law trilogy by Joe Abercrombie, it is my favorite fantasy universe and I would highly recommend it.

I'm a huge Abercrombie fan! I've been thinking of content relating to him too. I'm actually relistening to the whole series. I haven't read his latest trilogy yet. I'm on Red Country right now. Gotta be realistic! @@brianflaggert

⁠@@cursedarmada88Say one thing for Cursed Armada, say he’s got good taste in fantasy literature. 😎 I love watching the darkness that comes before videos particularly because I kind of fell off halfway through the third book and never picked it back up. Your videos really helped me imagine the world and become more interested again. I’ll return to it sometime, but I’m just enjoying your videos for now. Last thing, Red Country is my favorite stand alone. It’s like a classic western tale. Sibling gets taken by Indians. And Cosca is just so delightful. He reminds me of a more evil version of Johnny Depp’s jack sparrow. Just more itchy…and patchy.

This is spectacular. You have captured the narrative of Gemmell’s work with panache. I like the blend of both Legend of Deathwalker and Legend. The visuals also help sell the tale. Very excited to see the next part. 👍👍

Snaga is going to be tough to get right... One of the downfalls of using AI instead of a real artist! Midjourney struggles with weapons. Thanks for the sub!
