Here's a simple way to understand what Jesse means by "If you're born again you cannot mess up". It's similar to a person getting out of jail claiming they're a changed person and will never commit the same crime again, only to commit the same crime again claiming they "messed up". Well they never reformed from committing crime to begin with. Similar to a person turning away from sin claiming they're born again only to sin again... they were never born again to begin with.

Just saw this. They don’t hate Blacks in Mexico. I have lived there. There are Black Americans there, Black Cubans, Dominicans, and others from other areas. Not many and they are not hated. Maybe an “oddity” or curiosity because they are not common. Plus they take the anti slavery in their constitution very seriously.
