Well, this settles it. Gonna make an NPC for my DnD games (which take place in a chaotic spatial anomaly where 3 planes that are never supposed to touch are overlayed atop each other) known as The Sun Eater. An elderly and dementia addled knight surrounded by a trio of bards who sing his praises. When the players need that extra help or a deus ex machina The Sun Eater will have a moment of clarity as his daemon slaying days come back to him. And THIS shall be his song that the bards sing.

Okay the homebrew setting I run Pathfinder in has a hero king whose story is remarkably close to these exact lyrics. There's even a plague god with a forest!

Some may curse the names of the chaos gods for the travesty that was the loss of tts, but to them the tts setting wasn't just a new chance for the anathema to beat them, it was a new game, and with its loss, they despair. Tzeentch despairs as he now realizes, that he is not the master of his OWN fate. Nurgle despairs for all those that tts brought together, artist, fan, or newcomer. Khorn despairs, at the underhanded and dishonorable actions of his creators. And slaanesh, despairs at the loss of a perfect series. Though I despise these creatures and their ways, we must not pretend they would advocate any of the actions of their corporate owners.
