I had the opportunity to view this home in person. I work closely with high level clients, who have the funds for such an extravagant home. And just as stated in this video, the home is truly magnificent. My favorite part was the gardens and grounds. For those wondering i believe the maintenance on the home is about $120,000 / year. The home is currently not publicly listed, but is still on the market as a silent listing. With the right connections you may be able to view the home, but only for serious buyers.

So this is where my soup money goes every week. They deserve it. That's some good soup. It's been my favourite for as long as I can remember. Since I needed a booster seat to sit up at the table :)

Does anyone have knowledge if the property has sold or was it simply delisted again? It is a secret within Lower Merion why the home is no longer on the market as it is a fine example of the best of main line living.

i had a showing of the home a few weeks ago. It is currently a silent listing, meaning you would have to get in touch with the right agent, who has privileges to show the home.
