Most arrive late, or leave super early so they try to catch the people while they are there, it's been countless times where a person was in the building one minute & gone the next and their house leader had to accept the award on their behalf, so the promoters often try to give the person their award while they are actually in the building versus giving it to their house member, for a long as balls has went on time, most girls don't show up on time, or are in the bathroom, or outside on a smoke break, in the car smoking, having with someone or just simply not around....
