Why didn't Adin Fonua-Black get pinged for the exact same contact to DCE in extra time? SJ is a disgrace to this game all because he took a dive. DCE could of milked a penalty I'm sure but he is a top bloke and professional. Doesn't need to cheat/bend the rules to win. Disgusting.

SJ wasn't cheating he was smart and strategic knowing that there are rules about going for the kickers' legs as seen when Lussick got charged for doing the same thing in reserve grade.

You can charge down the ball as long as you don't make contact with the playing kicking while he is in the air, At the legs or come in contact with any part of the body. It should be all ball. Freddie Lussick(A warriors player)got 4 weeks for the same line/lane ran charging the ball down. He ran past and it was leg on leg contact and broke Iilas leg. Not very smart is it? Like your reasoning. Use what brain cells you have left. Simple logic, Don't touch the player when making a charge down. Lussick rightfully so got what he deserved. Josh & Freddie did the same thing. Different outcomes. Player welfare comes first.

Aloiai was simply competing, an accident is gonna happen sometimes when a player competes, it doesn't mean the ref has to call a penalty because SJ got hurt

@@lucasboyle959 no I 100% got your point and it doesn’t matter whether you think it will stop incidents like this happening they have to be consistent with the rules weather it’s a broken leg or a slight tap on the leg. No contact means no contact what don’t you understand about that🤦🏽‍♂️

It’s really just the nrl execs saying “we don’t want junior participation to drop So we’ll create a perception we are stamping out injuries from the game by penalising accidents.” 😂 (which doesn’t actually remove the injuries from the game.) it sounds good to mums and dads but makes 0 difference to the chance of getting hurt.

If someone has soft or chalky bones then rugby league is not a sport that they should be playing because it is a hard contact game.
