The BC master is from a 6A4a that Mr Schilke made for Bill Chase in 1973...Bill had about 3-4 and the one copy I have and use I had both Derek & Schilke copy to make ava to the public...FINALLY!!! It's long been known that the Schilke "Bill Chase Artist model" was not the piece that Bill used. When I spoke to Bill in '72, I got the impression that he was using a #22 to "24 throat. The first mouthpiece tended to pull your first ledger line A natural sharp.
