I'm not 100% sure, so correct me if i'm wrong, but i think it means they push for lots of lumber production and instead of sending units, they up the king's regeneration. Then, when they leak their king takes ages to kill the units, but because of the high regeneration they wont lose too many heals if any. During this time where the king kills units, they gather lots of lumber, more than their opponent who didnt push as much, and then they can do a deadly send at a later point.

@@Horrrrrrrrst Yeah basically that, or at least that is what I understood from watching those videos. You basically up the king avoiding damage, just so it survives as long as possible and losses as little heals as possible so you can get more lumber for later waves and some income from king upgreades. It is also done on round 5, most likely due to the combination of not being able to have a good push earlier, creeps being somewhat weak against king. You also see your spell on 5 so you can adjust how much king you need to do and how long you want/can make the clog.

Clog the middle lane with units

Clog is exactly everything that was already explained, but it has a historic meaning to it to. Back in the day, used to be that the team that was certain to lose the game would send units on the same level as the enemy team, but they would sell ALL of their units so as to get the later waves to "clog" in the middle and slowly reach the King. By the time they got there, only a few units would be able to hit the King effectively meaning that the death although was assured, it was also very slow - meaning they could win the game on a race.
