You're meant to do it slower and right to the end of the runner... and with the arms folded and back straight.. it hurrrtsss.. after 7 children my legs are like iron. I did reps of 10 rest 10 then built up im now 200 per day x2. Also turn your feet out and do some..
I've just got mine. I don't have lower back problems but as soon as I start on the machine my lower back kills! Wondering if I'm doing it wrong! Wld be interested in yr thoughts

Can somebody help me to use this without hurting my knees, I use it the way the demonstrator shows us but the only way I can is pulling with my knees. Thank you in advance.
Go to QVC.com or Google it. You can find it used from $20 to $30. I guess it was $75 dollars (when the host mentioned the price) not sure. The prices may change from time to time, sometimes cheaper, it depends. Good luck!
Lucy Davies it’s really good you really feel the burn and it’s so easy ahah, I haven’t been using it for long but it’s definitely worth it bc of how easy it is and how much I feel it working my muscles! Hope this helps!
I have the older version leg magic and it really does work after the first couple of workouts your leg muscle will hurt 😨 but I can say from my own experience I did lose inches
