I love it. Question, your set looks to be about 12 x 12 inch. How many lights did you use in order to eliminate shadows?

Wow! Never seen a stop-motion-animated character animate stop-motion before. How do you avoid flickering? I've got this irritating problem where the lighting seems to flash between frames and it's quite distracting. I'm using a compact camera and presently have no special lighting available but when I did I still had that issue. Also, how do you animate two characters/vehicles moving at different speeds?
