Awesome moc its so nice and we're glad to see our tank in the battle as reinforcements, the green works well to change it into a clone era vehicle, Love it :)
This moc is just as detailed and actually more fun to play with than the super insane expensive mocs being built by 40 year Olds with huge resources. I love seeing kids making something so imaginative and truly quality like this. This is what Lego is all about baby!
It looks so bad there is no detail at all the base looks like a big cube the water outlines are bad they just have a lot of (money) lego parts but they cant build
Now here’s a problem with it; not saying it’s bad, but I personally would make something from a planet that the Republic actually occupied; Yavin IV was only affiliated with the Alliance to restore the Republic (Rebel Alliance) and the Galactic Empire. But other than that it’s pretty good.
Yavin IV was originally occupied by the Sith (who built the temples), then depopulated by the Republic at the end of the Great Sith War, only to be retaken by Darth Vitiate’s Sith Empire 350 years later. Around a decade after that, the Revanites took over, and were defeated by a joint Sith/Republic task force. Around 3500 years after that, Asajj Ventress killed a platoon of clone troopers on the moon, only to be defeated by Anakin Skywalker. Given that Palpatine was a Sith, it makes sense that he’d want an imperial outpost on Yavin IV to recover Sith artifacts before moving on to other nearby worlds like Korriban and Dromund Kaas. So him orchestrating a battle there to establish a Republic base makes sense. (All this information is from the Legends EU).
I'd really like to be able to make or something similar but some stuff they included are sets and those sets would cost £250 all together Then there is the rest they designed
