One of the main reasons I love this game is because most of the levels parallel at least one of the batman films made up until the Dark Knight. For example this is obviously based on the end of Batman ‘89.

Just a little note that at 6.33 I walked left off the top of the magnetic wall with 'moon boots' so avoided the need for that funny jump round the corner to get to minikit 7. And just a little update, I was actually able to walk back round to the main gangway. In fact, testing showed I could just walk round to minikit 7 from the top of that gangway!!!!!

I'm confused. I've gotten every mini kit and red brick, gotten every stud goal, rescued every hostage, unlocked everything I can, yet there is still one character next to Hush that is locked, and the load game screen says I'm only at 90% or so. What am I missing?

Did you use the Batcomputer to unlock the Data?
