Its been a while but I've finally managed to get the next floor of the hotel finished (pretty much) There are three hotel rooms on this floor, two of which make use of the large curved frontage to the hotel which created quite a challenge!

Great diversity in the style of room construction while making them all seem a part of the same hotel. The "King" suite looks realllly good with that large bathroom! Well done :D

Thanks. I'm still torn on whether to continue this style or change the colours up a bit for the next floor.

If you want some variety, you could make one room have two twin beds by splitting the king size in half and placing one of the bed side tables between them.

Yep, absolutely! I was actually going to make a twin room on this floor but changed my mind. I will deffo do a twin on the next floor. Thanks

@@BrickLoft how tall were you planning on making this hotel?

At this point one more floor of rooms and then a rooftop half floor due to the restrictions of where it will be placed in the city. The beauty of building modular though is I can add extra floors in the future.

I love the way the curved glass wall looks, a really nice feature for a hotel. The mirror sticker sheet comes from set #41719: Mobile Fashion Boutique and if you need more, there are currently loads for sale on Bricklink in the UK. The only suggestion I can make (and it’s a REALLY trivial thing) nearly all hotel room numbers are prefixed by the floor number. So room 1 on floor 1 would normally be room 101, and the same room on floor 2 is 201, but like I say, it’s a really nit-picking suggestion, and depends on how many numbered stickers you have !!!! Anyway, you’ve gained a like and a sub from me !

Ah yes now I remember. I think I bought a few of that friends set for the accessories when they were going super cheap on Amazon. I did contemplate the proper room numbering like you suggest but it would mean using custom stickers or sourcing more numbers. I may actually change them in the future as it would look more realistic. Thanks so much for your comments and for subscribing 😊
