I liked this set’s design when it was first revealed but I didn’t think I would get it because I don’t collect lego city sets, but after you suggested to use it as a marvel or dc set, I decided I would get the set and customize it into a lair for the lizard by adding the microscope from beast and some lizards, and make the boat into a spider-boat

Seeing it being modular makes me think that perhaps some point later this year or next year they may have a larger crooks base or a shipping yard with more containers like how they did with the containers in a few waves of the monkey kid sets

There is going to be a bigger harbor set later this year, with a ship. So I suspect that it will connect. Hence why I got this set. Even though I am not that big on the new police colors. But thats another issue.

I need this and the prison island! Honestly it reminds me soo much of all the old Lego police sets I used to get! The nostalgia hits hard! I love the idea of the water secret bace! It reminds me of the swamp Lego police set o used to have!!!

I’m probably going to get this to put in my Lego Miami diorama the one crook in sunglasses has a good appearance that I feel like fits well into a south Florida setting

Having said all the potential this can be, and makes you think of, actually I feel the same, and like it even more than I do. Now reminds me of the joker's fun house set, and then Dock Ock vibes via his tentacle mech set!

That bulldog actually isn’t a complete redesign because there was a white bulldog with a gold tooth that had a red collar, but I think they just recolored the collar But kept the same face print.

This is going to be perfect for my Jurassic world city ( Lego city but with dinosaurs) hopefully I can fit a raptor or stiggy in the cyan container 😮

i was gonna get this set until i seen it displayed at the lego store yesterday, it was smaller than i expected. but then again it was displayed next to the police prison island which is pretty huge. i bought the prison island instead, maybe the hideout will be in my collection later in the year
