you could put the taller buildings like the daily bugle and the avangerstower behind other mudulars

Nice video! But I think it is waste of space when there isn't anything behind the modular buildings. Maybe you might rebuild your city layot:)

Could not agree more. The whole thing needs to be rearranged. Lots of empty space and sides of the buildings unaccessible to appreciate.
