LEGO City Update - City Hospital Final MOC 4429 🏥🏹

In this final section we make the final two floors, including a Six Million Dollar Man operating theatre, another ward and a cool laboratory with play feature. On the top goes the helicopter, in the garage goes the ambulance, and the whole lot goes to the LEGO Room where it'll get knocked and hit by me forever. Don't forget to watch Parts 1 & 2!

This project turned out very well. Good job Robin. About the doors you were talking about, I would add the. Those wont take too much space, because those would be behind the pillars, and it would look really good, cause patients really need privacy. And I dont really like the beds. I think those would look better if those would be in the same color palette as the operation one, and three studs wide. And I think there still would be some options to fit in the monitor and drips. And if you would move the bed in the operating theatre few studs to the front there would be space to put some tables with tools in the back.

The hospital is amazing! Every floor has its own unique detail. I particularly like the specialty rooms with the lights. The ammendments are also nice. Sanitizer & purple flowers fit well. And of course, the name Hammerhead is perfect! As we should all remember, the number one rule in LEGO (or life) is “happy wife, happy life”. Great job!

I love how this moc turned out Robin. Two quick suggestions: Turn the heart monitor in the operating theater around so it is facing away from the bed where an anesthesiologist could be watching it. Secondly, give the paramedic on the roof a stretcher or radio to hold. Great job!

Brilliant job, it is really visible in your city! Love the jokes and scenes in there, the vine plant really helps break up that blank space on that wall maybe even place some of those cherries or grape pieces on there?, another suggestion is that you should tile the rotor blades of the heli as it looks a bit strange. But other than that, I don’t think it keep even get any better, amazing job robin!!

For the new father in the maternity ward (around 7:20 ) if they weren't there for the birth you could have him running in with his briefcase, hat , and business clothes like he just got the news from work like they do in movies. I think that would be a really cute way to add a bit more story to this already wonderful build. Your channel has reignited my love of Lego, so thank you for sharing your creative process with us!

Really like the hospital. Clearly and carefully planned out, you've made excellent effect of the open backed building. As you mentioned, there is a sacrifice of some realism but in good form of showing what is in your building. This remains a ongoing issue in my city as well. Thank you for sharing.

I remember the Six Million Dollar Man! You couldn't actually see most of the robitics - he was very much human-looking. Cheaper special effects! 😂 There was a flwp on his strong forearm which opened to reveal wires and blinking lights, and his running/jumping prowess was all suggested with cheesy sound effects. But hey, these things impress you when you are seven 😛

Hammerhead is a great name. Hammerhead and the beast. Great job on the finished look of the hospital, with no back it lets you see through all those big windows and once the fair and farm are up and going you will see it all in and around the hospital. Love the hairy lab Dr. looks like he doesn't get out too often with all the work he must be doing so shaving is his last concern. You have done a great job with this and outside of the nice 360 look of Lego modular, they do not let you really see anything inside of the building unless you take them apart. Nice hospital! Maybe you should add the helicopter coming in at an angle with the nose facing towards the looking hole, And the person that is waiting outside for the helicopter should have a stretcher waiting for it.

The hospital looks great! Couple suggestions, if you have an extra Johnny Thunder it could be funny to have him in the bed next to the mummified person, also, some sort of overhead light in the operating room and finally if you did choose to have the heli flying away you could have the paramedic with someone on a stretcher on the pad. Great moc as always!

Quite fortuitous that it turned out the pharmacy is across the road from the hospital! Now you need a hotel near the hospital, friends and family of those very sick patients might need a place to stay.

I love the operating theater! The bed is so detailed and the scene is quite fun and suitable for a (lego) city. Good job as always Robin! My only suggestion is to swap the white rails on the bed out for some grey ones to represent metal.

This MOC is really fantastic! I really love it. Great job Robin! I also like the name of the new train. I really love the design of your operating room and having a cyborg being built is a great idea! This hospital is way better than the newest lego set. I also like how the driveway leads out to the street seamlessly and the added green plates for grass. It is very colorful. It is a great addition to Brick Nottingham. Hi Robin, Thanks for the video! Wow, that view @35:35 👌🏼. I do think however that the helicopter is very big compared to the hospital, but even more compared to the landing spot. That being said, smaller copters won’t do it either I’m afraid, so, in doubt haha. Nice decorated tiles used in this upload! I think the dollhouse effect really is Lego, so, specially when in a city like yours, it’s just perfect. The view from the standinghole is also very great. 6 stories high is just the right size, it trumps FFC at the right amount.

If you want to keep your helicopter from falling and looking like its flying away or toward the hospital you could use your transparent bricks and put it on the roof of Fast Food Corner. That would give you a bit more action in that area. BTW, love your city it looks fabulous and I can't wait to see how it all works out.

Great Job! Suggestion: If you're worried about knocking off the helicopter, I would recommend having it coming in for a landing by supporting it with clear bricks on the roof of fast food corner.

I like the details and story you have in your builds. It’s fun to watch. I would change the blades on the helicopter to the specific helicopter blades that LEGO makes. It will look more powerful if you do.

Great job!!! Good thing you stopped at 6 floors, as any taller you would probably be more likely to knock it over as it would more likely get in your way more. It will probably still get in your way, but at least it will be less to fix.

Brilliant job as usual, Robin! There are great scenes in there. I would suggest to move the "HOSPITAL" stripe sticker a little bit lower so it can be seen more easily by pedestrians and vehicles. 😉

Wasn't home this weekend so I'm binchwatching both your vids now! This hospital looks ab-so-lutely stunning in it's rightfull spot in the city and every little scene within is just great! It’s pretty awesome at 6 floors. 4 wouldn’t have stood out half as much having fast food corner opposite. If you’re thinking of having the helicopter coming in to land then it should be facing the other way. At least then you won’t keep knocking the tail piece. Can’t wait to see what the next building is going to be.

The hospital came out nicely and yes 6 floors are not too much and not too little. The flower details popped out the climbing shrubbery nicely as well. The only thing i can complain is once you put down the green representing the grass, the handrail at the entrance defiantly should be moved to the other side. It looks weird to block off the bench from the hospital entrance Otherwise a very well done MOC as usually. If the helicopter is bothering you then yes, but it in a out going or incoming pose. not necessary directly with the hospital but on the house across the street perhaps.

Great job!! Grade A Hospital for sure. I wonder if you could mount the helicopter so that it leans forward taking off. That would raise the tail and maybe not have it hang over the edge. X-ray machine is a nice touch, as well as the 6 million dollar man. Also I noticed the hospital has lots of patients but no visitors. And yes the driveway is perfection.

This build came out really excellent, Robin. You took a simplistic build that I really didn't like and made it look so cool! Scenes are awesome all around, and love how it sort of towers over that corner of the city right now. Definitely draws the eye! I'm using the same helicopter for my hospital, with a large pad, but that thing still falls as soon as i bump it, so I wish you luck there! Lol :D

Could you add a fire fighter next to the helipad as most British hospital have one or two to help get patients into the hospital or in case of a crash landing.

29:30 The recent Hospital set you’re talking about is it the 60204 Lego City Hospital? Everything you made for the Hospital is beyond imagineable, since people rarely got health problems, there’s no telling what they should add or forgot, except the wall of vines.

my _only_ suggestion would be to turn the rooms above the 'lobby' around so you're not looking that the 'wrong side' of each scene from the 'right side' of the hospital. Yeah, from the open side it does all look awesome but from the "front" all you see is the blanks and backs of everything. Sure, keep some only visible FROM the back like the specialized rooms but make the front at-least-as presentable as the back.

You could display the helicopter kind of in flight over the street in front of the hospital. So it’s more out of your way. :D
