Also it's a really good way that movies and shows go. When the pilgrims attack the Indians, you wanted the Indians to win. But when the Indians attacked the pilgrims you wanted the pilgrims to win. I just love it.
as an indigenous man i was pretty upset with the first half of the video and was ready to be mad in the comments but the ending really saved it🤣good shit
@@ahmedsaed8227 islam doesnt even exist that time in american, the fact native americans religions are not abrahamic religion and after Columbus arrive to America it introduce Christianity
The video sucks and is exaggerated. I don't think that columbus was that worse when he first landed and explored south america and the bahamas. I never readed such bullshit. And in addition to that, it is damm exaggerated brutal. And it is so damm unrealistic. All in all, the story is shit, the colonist minifigures at the start of the video also seem pretty inacurrate, the blood is too much and the brutality is exaggerated, the moves of the minifigures are good and there is no wiggle. But all else is typical us-american horror cheese.Probably most us-americans willt hink that it happened in history, the same as in the stopmotion, and now they hate the spanish for exploring america. This seems for me more like an anti-spanish-propaganda stopmotion movie sponsored by the usa government, than a real historical stopmotion. All in all, 3/10 points for this stopmotion, but only for the animation and minifigure moves.
Also, Columbus wasn't that brutal. This is a lie. He was a normal dude and explorer. If you think that there is some true behind this movie, with his burtality, then you would be totally dumb.
@@CinnamonGhost_Crunch Hmm, where you got that possible wrong information from? I think it is simply bullshit and anti-spanish propaganda trash. I have never heard or read of such a thing as much as ik.
The spanish didn't wear top hats and they rarely used guns. Also, this video is titled "columbus stopmotion" yet there's no sight of columbus even in the video. Not even close to "pretty accurate", this is very vaguely based off of history, other than that, this stopmotion is basically fiction.
Awesome! Now be a history teacher and show this to your class :) And then give them a test question ''What Columbus did when he arrived to the America''?
Fun fact: Indians were slaughtering each other and land-grabbing from each other way before Europeans ever got there. Now, be a history teacher and share that with your class :) Read 'War before Civilization' for more information.
Muhammad Fadlullah Not a student but just trying to share some FACTS with them to prepare them for the oncoming onslaught of never-ending leftist propaganda and revisionist history in the education system today : )
@@Spongetron5000ttcolombus died before the invention of the suit and tie, which was invented in the Victorian era, he would’ve worn something like a garment as seen in the many photos of him or something similar to a Spanish conquistador, nothing like this which looks more like the pilgrims of the 1600s, which also didn’t wear suits but a doublet with ruffs and a cuff
1. Colombus encountered with Tainos and not Crees. Tainos wore literally nothing but palm skirts due to the climate of the region. 2. Spanish did not wore top hats and also did not use guns dominantly over steel swords. There are records by Colombus that natives were scared by the sharpness of their swords.
He is dead serious, but since he pointed something out already: there were actually no top hats and suits during 1492, Columbus did not show immediate hostility to the natives although he has been accused of native genocide and the initiation of slave trade in his return to Spain, and he found Hispaniola natives not Apache natives nor Comanche natives.
The natives didn't have horses until the Spanish brought them, either. Columbus first landed in the Caribbean. While the setting of this video is more Great Plains-y. (Tipees, headdresses, flat land with few trees)

I know I’m 7 years late but congratulations man. You managed to take an already pretty controversial topic and make it even more so, and adding your own spin on things with the zombies. Very well done 👏
This isn’t historically accurate at all. First of all those are pilgrims not “Columbus”. And the pilgrims didn’t just go around slaughtering the natives.
You don’t need to be historically accurate to produce a lego film, neither is it advertised that it is historical in anyway. If you knew the artist who produces these films, you’d know his designs are intentional. Though, I’m honestly surprised you decided to call him out for purposely using pilgrims when you could have said the native Americans turning into literal zombies was not being historic. Either way, I’d say the joke would be the fact that it’s called Columbus when it’s portraying events that are clearly fictional by design.
First I have to say, I’m at least 1/4 Indian, as my great grandmother was full. I know this might be bad and stuff, but today Indians are not at all treated badly. In fact, we get free college and stuff as “compensation”. I don’t really think we should, but I’m still gonna take it!
Awesome animation!! Sort of follows the truth at the beginning as well, btw whats the song at 3:50? I know it's Kevin Macleod but I'm not sure which one. Thanks! :) ;)
In my history classes, the teacher told me that literally this video was actually really close to the reality, obviously putting out the part of the zombies
This reminds me of my childhood, not the slaughter but the animation Edit: also the part where colombus is on the table and the zombies stubby hands can't reach him, I found that part funny
the German greyhound dude i’m german and that offends me! like what the hell you assume every german is violent? I bet your from 5 too because that’s what kids do. call other people violent when they own 23 guns.
@@TheRedSpartan even if we ignor the second half it is not history, first off Columbus didnt just kill everyone he saw, and the natives weren't peaceful people. Also natives didnt tame horses by the time Columbus came to america.
kristo499 This is great but there zombies not canubles canubles are humans that eat other humans and zombies eat humans and the human that was bit they turn into zombies
