I can’t lie, the battle bus is almost perfect. All it needs is a new piece for Brite Bomber’s hair (the lack of which is bizarre since she’s basically the mascot of LEGO mode)
As a casual Fortnite player myself I’m really excited for these sets, especially the Battle Bus. The minifigures look really good & since there’s almost 1,700 original characters Epic could pick from to include in future sets, it makes me really excited to see if we get some of my favorites in the future such as Reese, Cerberus, Artemis, Mystica, Drakon Steel Hybrid, Lynx, Vi, Galaxy Scout, Oscar, Haxsaur, The Burning Wolf, Hybrid, Erisa & Neuralynx.
Dude, when I was 10-11 years old, I watched your Fortnite CMF videos, wishing Lego would make them, and six years later, it’s finally happening. The Battle Bus looks phenomenal, but my only complaint is that they should’ve made Chapter 1 Jonesy instead of the newer one.
Imagine a modular building of the largest building in Lego fortnite which people referred to as trump tower back in the day. If it had 20 figures of some of the most iconic skins from chapter 1 since it’s a chapter 1 location that would be awesome. Ideally it would include some gliders and translucent pieces to pose figures dropping in. I’d drop $300 easy.
I hope there will be a collectable minifigure series of Lego Fortnite for next year, so that we can get all of the Lego Fortnite skins (+celebrity skins).
I was actually gonna buy a set yesterday with my birthday money but they didn’t have it so I went home and saw this and I was so happy they didnt have that set.
Amazing sets, only thing missing is some more minifigs! Hopefully next wave brings some more iconic characters like fishsticks, and we know u gota have a wildcard minifigure
As someone who doesn’t really play Fortnite, I would love it if after purchasing these sets, you got at least one skin based on either the figures or the model of the sets. I’ve never once purchased a Fortnite skin so this could be a good way to get more lego fans to play Fortnite.
That could really screw up the purchasing system in Fortnite. Some of these skins are exclusive, so this is a no for them. And having to print out thousands of codes for an already pre-existing skin in the item shop could screw things up. For example, if they aren't careful, someone could use that to obtain the currency of the game "infinitely".
@@ΔημητρηςΑντωνιου-μ2λ They don’t have to do a code like that per se. The only non default skin I have is from a game that had a promotion which gave the skin out for free when purchasing the game for a limited time. To avoid messing with the in game shop, they could essentially make duplicate skins (or new ones) for the characters they want to give people access to but with a banner disclaiming that it was received with purchase of a Lego set. I don’t know if there’s a market for selling skins or anything but they could just make these “new” skins untradeable.
I also realized that The Jonesy figure is a modern default skin, that means "the firsts" are still up and coming later. I'd love a set themed around a newbie Squad panic with 4 different original defaults, and some random building pieces, and maybe weapons that Lego already has, Like flintknock pistols and rifles.
The battle bus is great and I also love the lama there both must have sets but all the sets would be must buys if they all had figures, raven and drift are the best figure in my opinion
I wonder if lego will give us the boss cars from c5s3 because they would be interesting sets where it's a car and two figures like Machanist vs Hope or Underground Jonesy vs Megalo Don.
What’s even better is you can use figures from other themes as the collab skins, as many of the collab skins in game are the exact same as the minifigures… like Ahsoka or Mando for example…
I haven’t played Fortnite yet, so I'll be skipping the sets. But these are undeniably very strong. If I had one issue with the wave, it's that it's missing smaller sets with minifigs
Lately I bought a lego star wars set with many fortnite skins like Darth Vader and storm troopers, can't wait to see them sitting in a battle bus soon! 😊
Remember original Lego themes? I'm not hating on this theme, buuuut it feels like Lego is moving away from its roots. I wish Lego would return to classic themes.
Never really got into Fortnite, but I really like tte art style and character designs. I would love to have these minifigures. Hope they make Dire in his Werewolf form (shouldn't be too hard because they have all the pieces.) That's definitely my favorite skin.
The bus design is similar to my 2018 Lego Ideas project (Classic School Bus). I still may re-launch it, but this news puts a damper on that. Very cool sets though!
