Technically, CI-1's mission was a success, so I decided to send in CS-1 next. Little did I know that the decision was the best I'd made in a while. That humble engineer, the 1 responsible for building Happy Camp's 1st tent, made far more progress than even I have. I'll have to promote him, soon. This level of progress has to be rewarded.
