Inclination Pumping Station, a Lego Great Ball Contraption module.
This module is actually 3 modules in 1. They can be run separately with their own motors, or together with just one motor. The 3 modules are 2 tipping ramp modules, and a double ball pump module.

I agree, the input definitely needs to be deeper. But it looks great otherwise.

Nice! I like how all 3 modules can be powered by one motor, maybe adding a technic liftarm along the front would improve the reliability of it?

Love these one, they looks easy to build with few pieces! The ramp could use a bit more depth on the input bucket perhaps?

How did you get so many GBC balls? The best I can do is get glass marbles the right size (which makes a great stress test), but doesn't have the elasticity of ABS.

I ordered the majority of them from Lego Shop at Home. You just need to go to the replacement parts section and put in the part number for the balls. Sadly they are quite expensive getting them this way. I've written an article about the GBC balls here: www.greatballpit.com/2018/01/whw-gbc-balls.html

Great Ball Pit Yeah, but I was hoping for a less expensive source. I did just order 20 though...
