It is really just a replica, nothing more. Anyway, it helped me to understand the concept. Recently, I am trying to build a control unit that will provide more control signals per one cycle. I will let you know if it works.

The control unit is theoretically endlessly expandable.

I mean I want to decrease phase shift between individual signals to increase time resolution.

This is due to the servo motor itself. This turns a maximum of 180 degrees. The switching signal for turning comes from the LEGO switch on the switching unit. Greetings David

You can assign the connections according to the number of hoses. The timing of the control is dictated by the control unit. If you build it according to the instructions, it should work.

Hi, Ich habe einen Luftkompressor mit Druckregler angeschlossen der für den konstanten Druck von 1,5 Bar sorgt.

Quanix Eine Frage hätte ich noch. An den Druckzylinder und an der Ventilsteuerung hast du so kleine durchsichtige „Klammer“ mit Nummern darauf. 1- Sind die Klammern da um die Schläuche besser zu halten wegen den 1.5 bar Betriebsdruck oder nur zur Orientierung welcher Schlauch wohin geht? 2- Wo bekommt man solche „Klammern“ her oder sind die selbst gemacht.

Diese Klammern sind Beschriftungshülsen der Firma Weidmüller aus dem Elektrobedarf. Damit werden normalerweise Stromkabel bzw. Litzen beschriftet. Ich benutze Sie um die Schläuche zu nummerieren. Dient wie du sagtest der Orientierung. Die Hülsen sitzen aber nur leicht über den Schlauchenden und klemmen den Schlauch daher nicht fester. Die Silikonschläuche die ich benutze halten etwa 2 Bar Druck aus bevor sie sich lösen. Gruß David
