I had it when it first came out, being a huge fan of Lego Games. Was not as fulfilling as other Lego Games like Star Wars and BatMan, but the style and adventure of Indiana Jones combined with the Lego charm and fun is absolutely still there. Recently went back to 100% it!

This game is excellent, I remember my son getting it me for father’s day, work was really difficult at the time and was a difficult time in life as a result but this game, wow it seriously gave me some pleasure during a tough time. It certainly is gold.

This game, Batman and Star Wars TCS have a charm the later ones just don't have. When playing 2 player co-op the screen doesn't start tearing and making me feel sick.

It was my fav. game when I was a child. I played it on my XBox 360 and had so much fun with it. It's so awesome and in my eyes a must play for every Lego fan.

Man this game was my childhood along with LEGO Star Wars (1, 2 and TCS) and LEGO Batman 1 and honestly around december 2021 I got myself the Indiana Jones Trilogy Box set on DVD from 2003 because I figured I'd watch the films because my memory has been fuzzy with them (Although I do remember watching The Last Crusade on TV YEARS ago) and my god it was such a treat and to all those people who play LEGO Indiana Jones so much from childhood and for some reason never seen the original 3 films DO IT! and was such a treat to see how well TT Games adapted the films for the game and now I loved the films mainly Raiders and Crusade

I think it was Christmas 2008 when I got a PSP and this exact game. My first ever console + videogame. And boy did I love it. I probably spent cumulative months replaying this game, 100% it. One of my favorite childhood memories. Still have it somewhere but the PSP is sadly on life support.

I remember once when I was playing this I somehow found a glitch without trying. I was on the first level of the temple of doom section in the area with the plane and whatever. I don't even remember what I did but somehow I managed to get outside the barriers and ended up on top of the level's invisible ceiling.

I wonder how many people replaying all licensed lego games as a marathon i started 3 weeks before skywalker saga came out i done star wars complete saga indiana jones original and batman then did skywalker saga and since then have done indy 2 harry potter 1-4 and now nearly done star wars clone wars love these games and to clarify you dont finish a lego game till you 100% game

apparently the problem you were having at the start where Indy couldn't jump properly is to do with the VSync in the setting, go into the settings and whethet it's on or off, switch it to the opposite.

Well funnily the most enemy troops in the game have ss uniforms and not Wehrmacht. Like theres the afrikakorps troops but a lot of them almost have sigrunes on

Yeah these old Lego games are incredibly basic and easy to playthrough but thats the reason they're amazing. I hate that every game that comes out these days is either a tryhard FPS or a massive RPG where you need to work a full time job to finish it. These old Lego games were just simple charming fun. I still replay this, Star Wars and Batman every now and then because they're just timeless games that i can turn my brain off when i play.

This game is very fun to play. I found the side levels a bit frustrating, but this game was and still is a masterpiece. In my opinion, the ONLY thing that would've made it better would be if they had talking. I know early Lego games had no talking and it was funny at times. But I found Lego games (or games in general) more enjoyable with talking, like in Lego LOTR and Lego The Hobbit. I wish they did talking in Lego games from the start since it's more engaging for the players. More "Inviting", if you will.

Lego Indiana Jones the Original Adventures is my favorite Lego game of them all. I remember preordering from GameStop in 2008 and getting a T-shirt as a bonus. Recently I played through the game again with my 6 year old son. Even more memorable moments created it was such a great game. This game has so much character and richness, feels just like the three films which are great themselves. There are other great Lego games and then there is this masterpiece of a Lego game! Source: (Endorsed by a 6 year old) PS: Lego Indiana Jones 2 is not so great and that’s being polite.

I have to replay this game soon. The last time I've played it was like 2009 or 2010 on my PS2. I remember getting 100%, though. As for the jump glitch. It's a common issue for the old LEGO games. I had to force VSync using external software for LEGO Star Wars 1

On high refresh monitors you may find it useful to lower the refresh rate in your PC’s settings if you can’t do so on the monitor itself, an ugly fix but it should work.

I've tried CRT, a bunch of back-end workarounds etc but at the end of the day I have to plug it into a TV to get it to work - I was hoping maybe you'd found a work around or something. Unexplained glitches in a Lego game on PC. If your playing any of these games turn on VSync before you start the game. These old Lego games are required to have that on in order to not have these weird glitches he experienced.

As for terrible (or at the very least controversial) old games I suggest taking a look at Lego Indy 2. It's alright imo but it does have some very near objectively bad things about it. Also, great video! I enjoyed every second of it.
