I mean, using historically accurate for the Jurassic Park franchise is like adding pineapples on pizza. These LEGOs are based on the stuff in Jurassic World, so they don’t have much control on how they will look overall.

That’s probably what it looks like because a lot of the previous sets weren’t entirely accurate to their corresponding film scenes. And for the most part, these sets have quite a bit going on for them. There are a few previous Jurassic World sets that can come up to par with this wave. One specific one that comes to mind is the set with the second version of Indominus and the Ankylosaurus. Two big dinos with one of the most accurate builds for a Jurassic World set, all for $100. Others that I can compare are the Lockwood manor set and the D2C Jurassic Park gate set. I think what’s most appealing about this wave though is that we’re getting a bunch of new dinos. And I’m hoping that with the creation of the Giganotosaurus, I hope we will eventually get a LEGO Spinosaurus down the line. Maybe for Camp Cretaceous or if LEGO does sets based on Jurassic Park 2 and 3.

I can’t believe what LEGO did to the giganotosaurus. Indominus head, two fingers, and a SPINE like a spinosaurus! WHAT!😡 The therizinosaurus also has a raptor claw.

I don't mind about the indominus head for giga. Indominus has part of giga DNA in it. And Giga head in the film actually looks like the indominus rex. And lego giga head is already accurate to the movie depiction. Also the spine is not big as Spino. Still has a unique look of giga in the film. But for the t rex arms with 2 finger is horrible. They should make 3 fingers for the arms.
